Maximum safe pressure: 120 kPa (17 psi / 17lbs pressure)
Compatible heat sources
• Your pressure cooker can be used on all heat
sources except Aga but including induction.
• When using an electric hotplate, make sure the
size of the hot plate does not exceed the size of
the base of the pressure cooker.
• On a ceramic hob, always make sure the bottom
of the pan is clean and dry.
• On a gas burner, the flame should not lick past
beyond the diameter of the pan.
On all burners, make sure that your pressure cooker
is properly centered.
