3. Connect the appliance.
. Preferably use a deep bowl.
. Immerse the beaters in the preparation before starting to avoid splattering.
. Start up using the speed control (B) (fig.2), first on speed 1 then 2,3,4,5 as the preparation
thickens. Use the “Turbo” position (E) if the recipe requires more power.
. Stop the appliance before removing the beaters from the preparation (this will avoid
splattering).
Blender function
1. Check that the speed control (B) is in the “0” position.
2. Raise the door located at the back of the appliance and screw in the mixer
shaft (F) anti-clockwise without forcing until the red points are aligned
(you will hear a light “click” as you go through the red point to tell you that
the shaft is correctly screwed in) (fig3).

splashing.
. Start up using the speed control (B) (fig.2), first on speed 1 then 2,3,4,5.

. Stop the appliance before removing the blender shaft from the preparation
(to avoid splattering).
Do not use the blender shaft:
- In a saucepan on the gas ring or hotplate.
- Empty or with ice cubes, to chop raw meat or dried fruit (almonds, hazelnuts, etc.)
If you feel
resistance when
screwing in, this
means the
shaft is not
correctly ali-
gned. Withdraw
it completely
and screw it in
again correctly.
