PLEASE NOTE:
When the control panel is LOCKED, no buttons will be accessible except
for the confi rmation (lock / unlock) button (refer to page 6 No.14). Ensure
the control panel is UNLOCKED before setting temperatures or additional
features. Features can not be cancelled or modifi ed once the control panel
has been locked.
INTELLIGENT MODE
Intelligent mode is used to set the optimal temperature for both fresh food
and freezer compartments. This mode is designed to minimise energy
consumption. In intelligent mode, the fresh food compartment temperature
will be set to 5
o
C and the freezer compartment temperature set to -18
o
C.
To activate intelligent mode, press the MODE button (page 6 No. 8) until
the intelligent mode indicator is displayed (page 6 No. 13). Press the
confi rmation button (page 6 No. 14) to activate intelligent mode.
VACATION MODE
When the refrigerator is in vacation mode, it reduces energy consumption
when not in use for several days. It is recommended to set the refrigerator
in this mode before going on vacation or not accessing the freezer or
fresh food compartments for at least 3 days (72 hours). In this mode, the
fresh food compartment temperature will be set to 7
o
C and the freezer
compartment temperature set to -15
o
C.
To activate vacation mode, press the MODE button (page 6 No. 8) until
the vacation mode indicator is displayed (page 6 No. 12). Press the
confi rmation button (page 6 No. 14) to activate vacation mode.
QUICK FREEZE MODE
The quick freeze mode reduces the temperature of the freezer
compartment quickly. To activate quick freeze mode, press the MODE
button (page 6 No. 8) repeatedly until the quick freeze indicator (page
6 No. 9) is displayed. Press the confi rmation button (page 6 No. 14) to
activate quick freeze mode.
QUICK COOLING MODE
The quick cooling mode reduces the temperature of the fresh food
compartment quickly. To activate quick cooling mode, press the MODE
button (page 6 No. 8) repeatedly until the quick cooling indicator (page
6 No. 10) is displayed. Press the confi rmation button (page 6 No. 14) to
activate quick cooling mode.
