WICHTIGE SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN

 Lesen Sie aufmerksam die Gebrauchsanleitung ehe Sie Ihr Gerät benutzen.

 Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Netzspannung mit der auf dem Gerät vermerkten Spannung

übereinstimmt ehe Sie das Gerät benutzen.

 Lassen Sie Ihr Gerät niemals bei Gebrauch unbeaufsichtigt. Halten Sie Kinder oder

hilfsbedürftige Personen vom Gerät fern.

 Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig, dass die Anschlussleitung nicht beschädigt ist. Bei

Beschädigung der Anschlussleitung oder des Gerätes, letzteres nicht benutzen, sondern

von einem Fachmann (*) überprüfen bzw. reparieren lassen. Eine beschädigte

Anschlussleitung muss von einem Fachmann (*) ausgewechselt werden.

 Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur zu Haushaltszwecken, wie in der Bedienungsanleitung

Brandgefahr!

 Achten Sie darauf, dass die Beschichtung nicht abgekratzt wird, da ansonsten kleine Teile

der Beschichtung in die Nahrung gelangen. Benutzen Sie einen Holzspatel oder einen

wärmebeständigen Plastikspatel, um die Nahrung aus dem Gerät zu nehmen.

 Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose, wenn das Gerät nicht benutzt wird, da das

Gerät keinen An-/Aus-Schalter besitzt.

 Bereiten Sie nur Nahrungsmittel zu, die zum Backen und zum Verzehr geeignet sind.

INBETRIEBNAHME

 Während des ersten Gebrauchs entwickelt die Antihaft-Beschichtung Qualm. Dieser

Rauch ist NICHT schädlich.

 Vor dem ersten Gebrauch sind die Platten mit einem feuchten Tuch zu reinigen.

 Legen Sie die gewünschten Platten in das Gerät, indem Sie auf die Taste 1 in der Nähe

des Handgriffs drücken (siehe Abbildung auf Seite 2). Die Antihaft-Beschichtung der

Platten macht das Einreiben mit Butter, Öl oder Fett nicht unbedingt notwendig.

 Schließen Sie das Gerät.

 Stecken Sie den Stecker in die Steckdose.

 Die Kontrollleuchte wird aufleuchten und anzeigen dass das Gerät funktioniert, das heißt,

es heizt sich auf.

 Die Kontrollleuchte erlischt, sobald die richtige Temperatur erreicht wird. Während des

Gebrauchs wird diese Kontrollleuchte regelmäßig an- und ausgehen. Das bedeutet, dass

die Betriebstemperatur geregelt wird.

 Achtung! Während des Gebrauchs werden die Teile 2 (siehe Abbildung auf Seite 2) heiß.

Berühren Sie sie nicht!

!! UM VERBRENNUNGSGEFAHR VORZUBEUGEN, WARTEN SIE IMMER BIS DAS GERÄT VÖLLIG

ABGEKÜHLT IST, BEVOR SIE DIE BACKPLATTEN WECHSELN.

Gebrauch als Sandwichmaker (siehe Abbildung A auf Seite 2)

 Während der Erhitzung des Gerätes bereiten Sie Ihren Toast zu.

 Das aufgeheizte Gerät öffnen und eine Scheibe Brot mit der gebutterten Seite nach

unten auf die untere Platte legen.

 Füllen Sie den Toast.

 Fügen Sie die obere Brotscheibe hinzu. Drücken Sie danach den Deckel nach unten.

Während des Toastvorganges tritt Dampf aus dem Gerät; achten Sie auf Ihre Finger.

 Schließen Sie das Gerät mit dem Verschlussriegel.

 Nach einer Röstzeit von ca. 2 bis 3 min oder länger, je nach Ihrem Geschmack, sind die

Sandwich-Scheiben geröstet. Öffnen Sie das Gerät und entfernen Sie den Toast mit einem

Holz- oder Plastikspatel. Es dürfen keine metallenen Gegenstände verwendet werden, da

sonst die Antihaftbeschichtung beschädigt werden kann.

 Schließen Sie das geheizte Gerät bis Sie weitere Toasts rösten wollen.

 Bereiten Sie weitere Toasts vor, während die ersten geröstet werden.

 Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose sobald Sie fertig sind.

Gebrauch als Grill (siehe Abbildung C auf Seite 2)

 Wenn das Gerät die notwendige Temperatur erreicht hat, öffnen Sie das Gerät, reiben Sie

die Platten mit etwas Butter, Öl oder Fett ein um zu vermeiden, dass das Grillgut an den

Platten klebt und legen Sie das Grillgut auf die Platte. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das

Grillgut nicht zu dick ist, damit Sie das Gerät noch schließen können.

 Die Zubereitungszeit variiert je nach Grillgut und der gewünschten Garzeit. Überprüfen Sie

das Grillgut daher regelmäßig damit es nicht anbrennt.

 Zum Herausnehmen verwenden Sie bitte Küchenwerkzeuge aus Plastik oder Holz.

Benutzen Sie keine scharfen oder spitzen Gegenstände, damit die Beschichtung der

Grillplatten nicht zerstört wird.

 Nach Beendigung des Grillens, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.



Gebrauch als Waffelautomat (siehe Abbildung B auf Seite 2)

 Füllen Sie den Waffelteig in die Mitte des Waffelautomaten und schließen Sie den Deckel.

Drücken Sie den Deckel einen Moment fest herunter, damit sich der Teig gleichmässig

verteilt. Füllen Sie nicht zuviel Teig ein, dieser läuft ansonsten an den Seiten heraus.

 Backen Sie die Waffeln je nach gewünschtem Bräunungsgrad ca. 3 Minuten. Wenn die

Waffel fertig ist, nehmen Sie diese bitte mit einem Holz- oder Plastikspatel heraus. Benutzen

Sie keine scharfen oder spitzen Gegenstände, da ansonsten die Beschichtung der

Backfläche beschädigt werden kann.

 Nach Beendigung des Backens ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.

PFLEGEHINWEISE

 Gerät vom Netz trennen und das Gerät und die Platten abkühlen lassen bevor sie

gereinigt werden.

 Wischen Sie die Außenseite mit einem feuchten Tuch ab, und vergewissern Sie sich dass

keine Feuchtigkeit, Öl oder Fett in das Gerät dringt.

 Um die Platten zu reinigen, können Sie diese entweder in dem Gerät lassen oder sie

herausnehmen (dafür drücken Sie auf die Taste 1 in der Nähe des Handgriffs und

entfernen Sie sie (siehe Abbildung). Wenn Sie sie in dem Gerät lassen, reinigen Sie sie nur

mit einem Tuch oder Küchenpapier. Wenn Sie sie aus dem Gerät entfernen, können Sie sie

unter fließendem Wasser reinigen. Trocknen Sie sie gut ab. Geben Sie die Platten niemals

in die Spülmaschine.



IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

 Please read these instructions carefully before using the appliance.

 Check that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on the appliance.

 Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use. Keep out of reach of children or

incompetent persons.

 From time to time check the cord for damages. Never use the appliance if cord or

appliance shows any signs of damage but have it checked and repaired by a competent

USE

 Protective coating burn off will cause smoking on first use. This is NOT harmful.

 When using for the first time, wipe the surface of the plates with a damp cloth, then dry.

 Place the desired plates in the appliance by pressing the button 1 near the handle (see

picture on page 2). You may season the plates with butter, margarine or cooking fat but

since the appliance has a non-stick surface, the use of butter or oil is optional.

 Close the appliance.

 Plug into the electrical outlet. The red pilot light will come to indicate that the appliance is

switched on and heating.

 The pilot light will come out when the cooking temperature is reached. During use, this

pilot light will come on and off regularly. This simply means that the thermostat is regulating

the appliance's temperature.

 Attention: during the functioning, parts 2 (see picture on page 2) become hot. Pay

attention not to get burned.

!! TO AVOID BURNS, WAIT UNTIL THE APPLIANCE HAS TOTALLY COOLED DOWN BEFORE

CHANGING THE PLATES.

Sandwich maker mode (see picture A on page 2)

 Prepare your sandwich while the unit is heating.

 Fully open the sandwich maker. Place a slice of bread in the bottom half with the

buttered side against the plate.

 Fill the sandwich.

 Add the top slice with the buttered side up and carefully close the appliance. Do not

force shut. Steam will be ejected from between the plates; make sure that fingers do not

come into contact with it.

 Lock the two halves with the wire clip while toasting.

 Your sandwich will be toasted in 2 to 3 min or longer to suit your taste. Open the appliance

and remove sandwich using a plastic or wooden spatula. Never use a metal knife as this

may damage the non-stick coating.

 Close the lid to preserve the heat until you are ready to toast the next sandwiches.

 Prepare additional sandwiches if desired while the others are cooking.

 Unplug when finished.

Grill mode (see picture C on page 2)

 When the appliance has reached the desired temperature, open it and lightly brush grids

with butter, margarine or cooking oil to avoid that the foods stick to the plates.

 Put the foods on the grill plate. Make sure the foods are not too thick, so that you can

close the appliance. The cooking time depends on the type of food you are grilling. To

avoid burning the foods, check regularly during the cooking process.

 To remove the food from the grill, use wooden or plastic tools. Never use sharp tools as

they might cause damage to the grill.

 When grilling is finished, unplug the appliance and leave it open to allow it to cool down.

Waffle maker mode (see picture B on page 2)

 Pour batter evenly onto the bottom grid but not all the way to the edges. Close the grids

and press them briefly so that the batter spreads over the plates. Never put too much

dough, as it might overflow along the edges.

 Bake until golden brow, about 3 minutes.



 Remove the waffles with a plastic or wood spatula. Never use sharp objects, as these

might damage the non-stick coating.

 When you have finished baking, unplug the cord from the outlet.

CLEANING

 Before cleaning, unplug and wait for the appliance and the plates to cool down.

 Wipe the outside with only a slightly moistened cloth ensuring that no moisture, oil or

grease enters the cooling slots.

 To clean the plates you can let them in the appliance or remove them from the

appliance (therefore press on the button 1 near the handle and remove them (see

picture). If you let them in the appliance, wipe the plates with a damp cloth or towel. If

you remove them from the appliance, you can wash them under running water. Dry them

afterwards. Never put the plates in the dishwasher.

 Do not clean the inside or outside with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool as this will

damage the finish.

 Do not immerse in water or any other liquid.

POUR VOTRE SECURITE

 Veillez à ce que le cordon n’entre pas en contact avec des surfaces chaudes de

l’appareil.

 Débranchez votre appareil lorsqu’il n’est pas en utilisation d’autant qu’il ne comporte pas

d’interrupteur.

 Ne faites cuire que des aliments appropriés à la cuisson et propres à la consommation.

UTILISATION

 Lors de la première utilisation la couche anti-adhésive produira de la fumée. Celle-ci n'est

pas nocive et s’estompera rapidement.

 Lorsque vous utilisez votre appareil pour la première fois, essuyez-le avec un chiffon

humide.

 Placez les plaques que vous désirez utiliser dans l’appareil en appuyant sur le bouton 1

situé près de la poignée (Cf dessin page 2). Les plaques étant anti-adhésives, l'utilisation

de beurre est facultative mais vous pouvez, si vous le souhaitez, les enduire de beurre, de

margarine ou de toute autre graisse de cuisson.

 Fermez votre appareil.

 Branchez la fiche de votre appareil dans la prise de courant. Le témoin lumineux s’allume,

vous indiquant ainsi que l’appareil est en fonctionnement.

 Lorsque la température est atteinte, le témoin s’éteint. Pendant l'utilisation, ce témoin

lumineux s'éteindra et se rallumera régulièrement. Cela signifie simplement que le

thermostat règle la température de l'appareil

 Attention, pendant l'utilisation, les parties désignées 2 (voir dessin page 2) deviennent

chaudes. Faites attention de ne pas vous brûler.

!! AFIN D'EVITER TOUT RISQUE DE BRULURE, ATTENDEZ TOUJOURS QUE L'APPAREIL AIT TOTALEMENT

REFROIDI AVANT DE CHANGER LES PLAQUES.

Fonction croque-monsieur (cf dessin A page 2)

 Pendant que l’appareil chauffe, préparez vos croque-monsieur

 Ouvrez entièrement l’appareil. Mettez une tranche de pain dans l’emplacement du bas

avec le côté beurré contre la plaque de cuisson.

 Ajoutez la garniture.

 Mettez la tranche de pain du haut avec le côté beurré au-dessus et fermez l'appareil.

Veillez à ne pas entrer en contact avec la vapeur qui s'échappera de votre croque-

monsieur.

 Votre croque sera cuit en 2 à 3 minutes ou en plus de temps selon votre goût. Ouvrez

l’appareil et retirez le croque-monsieur à l’aide d’une spatule en bois ou en plastique.

N’utilisez jamais d'instruments en métal car ceux-ci pourraient endommager le

revêtement anti-adhésif.

 Refermez l’appareil afin de préserver la chaleur jusqu’à ce vous remettiez d'autres

sandwichs.

 Nous vous conseillons de préparer d’autres croque-monsieur pendant la cuisson des

premiers.

 Veuillez débrancher l’appareil après l’emploi.

Fonction Gril (cf dessin C page 2)

 Dès que l'appareil est à température, ouvrez-le et badigeonnez les plaques gril avec un

peu de matière grasse et placez les aliments sur la plaque inférieure. Assurez-vous que les

aliments ne soient pas trop épais, de manière à ce que vous puissiez refermer l'appareil

sans forcer.

 Le temps de cuisson dépend du type d'aliments que vous préparez ainsi que de vos

goûts. Il est donc conseillé de vérifier l'état des aliments régulièrement pendant la cuisson

pour éviter qu'ils ne brûlent.

 Pour retirer les aliments de la plaque de cuisson, utilisez des ustensils en bois ou en

plastique. N’utilisez pas d’objets pointus afin de ne pas abîmer la plaque de cuisson.

 Dès que la cuisson est terminée, débranchez l'appareil et laissez-le ouvert afin que les

plaques refroidissent.



Fonction gaufrier (cf dessin B page 2)

 Déposez un peu de pâte au milieu de l’appareil et refermez-le. Serrez la poignée un

instant de façon à ce que la pâte se répartisse de manière uniforme sur la plaque de

cuisson. Ne mettez pas trop de pâte sinon celle-ci risque de déborder sur les côtés.

 Faites cuire selon vos goûts (environ 3 minutes).

 Lorsque la gaufre est cuite, retirez-la de l’appareil à l’aide d’une spatule en bois ou en

plastique.

 Lorsque vous avez terminé d’utiliser l’appareil, débranchez-le.

NETTOYAGE

 Veuillez retirer la fiche de la prise de courant et attendre que l’appareil et les plaques

refroidissent totalement avant de les nettoyer.

 Essuyez l’extérieur de l’appareil à l’aide d’un chiffon légèrement humide, en vous assurant

que l'humidité, l’huile ou la graisse ne s’infiltre pas dans les aérations de refroidissement de

l’appareil.

 Pour nettoyer les plaques, vous pouvez soit les laisser dans l’appareil, soit les enlever (pour

cela appuyez sur le bouton 1 situé près de la poignée et enlevez-les (voir dessin). Si vous

les laissez dans l’appareil, nettoyez les plaques à l’aide de papier absorbant ou d’un

chiffon doux. Si vous les enlevez de l’appareil, vous pouvez les laver à l’eau courante.

Séchez-les bien. Ne le mettez jamais au lave-vaisselle.

 Ne nettoyez jamais votre appareil (extérieur et intérieur) à l’aide de produits abrasifs car

cela abîmerait le revêtement.



BELANGRIJKE VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN

 Lees de gebruiksaanwijzing aandachtig vooraleer u uw toestel gebruikt.

 Controleer of de netspanning overeenkomt met deze van het toestel vooraleer u het

gebruikt.

 Laat uw toestel tijdens het gebruik nooit zonder toezicht. Houd het toestel buiten het

bereik van kinderen of van ontoerekeningsvatbare personen.

 Controleer regelmatig of het snoer niet beschadigd is. Gebruik het toestel niet indien het

snoer of het toestel zelf enige beschadiging zouden vertonen maar laat het nakijken en

herstellen door een bekwame gekwalificeerde dienst (*). Een beschadigd snoer dient te

worden vervangen door een bekwame gekwalificeerde dienst (*).

 Gebruik het toestel enkel voor huishoudelijk gebruik en op de wijze zoals vermeld in de

gebruiksaanwijzing.

 Dompel het toestel nooit onder in water of in enige andere vloeistof, noch om het te

reinigen, noch om welke andere reden ook. Steek het nooit in een afwasmachine.

 Gebruik het toestel niet in de nabijheid van warmtebronnen.

 Verwijder de stekker uit het stopcontact vooraleer u het toestel reinigt.

 Gebruik het toestel niet buiten en berg het op in een droge plaats.

 Gebruik geen accessoires die niet door de fabrikant aanbevolen werden. Dit kan

gevaarlijk zijn voor de gebruiker en het toestel beschadigen.

 Trek nooit aan het snoer om het toestel te verplaatsen. Zorg dat het elektriciteitssnoer

nergens kan achterhaken en daardoor de val van het toestel veroorzaken. Draai het

snoer niet rond het toestel en plooi het niet.

 Zet het toestel op een tafel of op een voldoende stabiel oppervlak zodat het niet valt.

 Wacht tot het toestel volledig is afgekoeld alvorens het te reinigen of op te bergen.

 Zorg dat het snoer niet in aanraking komt met de warme onderdelen van het toestel.

 Wanneer het toestel in werking is, kunnen toegankelijke delen ervan een zeer hoge

temperatuur bereiken. Raak deze warme onderdelen niet.

 Zorg ervoor dat de warme onderdelen van het toestel tijdens het gebruik niet in aanraking

komen met gemakkelijk ontvlambare materialen, zoals gordijnen, een tafelkleed,… en

dergelijke vermits deze in brand zouden kunnen vliegen.

 Let erop dat u de speciale bekleding van de kookplaat niet schramt, vermits u hiervan

stukjes in uw voedsel zou kunnen vinden. Gebruik een klassieke houten spatel of een

warmtebestendige plastiek spatel.

 Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact als het toestel niet werkt, vermits het geen schakelaar

bevat.

 Kook enkel eetwaren geschikt om te koken en voor consumptie.

en bevoegd is om dergelijke herstellingen te doen zodat elk gevaar vermeden wordt. Gelieve

GEBRUIKSAANWIJZING

 Tijdens het eerste gebruik zal de antiaanbaklaag gaan roken. Deze rook is NIET schadelijk.

 Veeg de bakplaten voor het eerste gebruik met een vochtige doek en droog deze dan

af.

 Plaats de gewenste kookplaten in het toestel indien u op de knop 1 dichtbij de

handgreep drukt (Zie afbeelding op bladzijde 2). De antiaanbaklaag van de kookplaten

maakt het gebruik van boter facultatief, maar u mag de kookplaten met boter, olie of vet

insmeren.

 Sluit het toestel.

 Steek de stekker in het stopcontact. Het controlelampje zal gaan branden om aan te

geven dat het toestel in werking is getreden.

 Het controlelampje zal uitgaan wanneer de temperatuur bereikt is. Tijdens het gebruik, zal

dit controlelampje regelmatig aan- en uitgaan. Dit betekent dat de thermostaat de juiste

temperatuur regelt.

 Opgelet, tijdens het gebruik worden delen 2 warm ( zie afbeelding op bladzijde 2). Wees

aandachtig tijdens het gebruik om brandwonden te voorkomen.

!! OM BRANDWONDEN TE VOORKOMEN, GELIEVE ALTIJD TE WACHTEN TOT HET TOESTEL VOLLEDIG

AFGEKOELD IS VOORALEER U DE BAKPLATEN WISSELT.

Sandwich-toaster-functie (zie afbeelding A op bladzijde 2)

 Maak het brood klaar terwijl het toestel opwarmt.

 Open het toestel. Leg op de onderste helft een snede brood en wel zodanig, dat de met

boter bestreken kant op de kookplaat ligt.

 Vul het brood.

 Leg de bovenste snee brood met de met boter besmeerde kant naar boven en sluit nu

het toestel. Let erop dat Uw vingers niet met de bakplaten in aanraking komen.

 De sandwich is na ca. 2-3 minuten klaar, maar kan naar believen langer getoast worden.

Open de toaster en haal het brood er met een houten of plastieken spatel uit. Gebruik

hiervoor nooit een metalen mes, omdat anders de antiaanbaklaag beschadigd wordt.

 Wilt u opnieuw brood toasten, sluit dan zo snel mogelijk de beide helften, zodat er niet te

veel warmte verloren gaat.

 Bereid, indien gewenst, andere sandwiches voor terwijl een ander getoast wordt.

 Haal na gebruik de stekker uit het stopcontact.

Grillfunctie (zie afbeelding C op bladzijde 2)

 Wanneer de nodige temperatuur bereikt is, vet beide bakplaten in met boter zonder de

randen in te vetten. Leg de etenswaren op de onderste grillplaat en zorg ervoor dat die

etenswaren niet te dik zijn, zodat u het toestel nog kunt sluiten zonder te forceren.

 De kooktijd hangt af van de etenswaren en van uw smaak. Kijk daarom regelmatig de

toestand van de etenswaren na tijdens het grillen, zodat de etenswaren niet aanbakken.

 Om de voedingsmiddelen van de grill te halen, gelieve houten of plastic keukengerei te

gebruiken. Gebruik geen scherpe voorwerpen, ze zouden de grill kunnen beschadigen.

 Wanneer het grillen afgelopen is, trek de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat het toestel

open zodat de grillplaten kunnen afkoelen.



Wafelijzerfunctie (zie afbeelding B op bladzijde 2)

 Open de het toestel en vet de bakplaten met boter, olie of margarine in zonder de

randen in te vetten. Leg het deeg op de onderste bakplaat. Leg niet te veel deeg, anders

zou het langs de zijkanten uit het toestel kunnen lopen. Druk het deksel een kort ogenblik

naar beneden om het deeg gelijkmatig over de bakplaten te verdelen.

 Bak de wafels naar believen. Na ongeveer 3 minuten bakken hebben de wafels een

goudbruine kleur.

 Wanneer de wafels gebakken zijn, open het deksel en gebruik een houten of

hittebestendige plastic spatel om de wafels uit het apparaat te halen. Gebruik nooit

scherpe of metalen voorwerpen daar deze de antiaanbaklaag van de bakplaten zouden

kunnen beschadigen.

 Wanneer het bakken beëindigd is, trek het snoer uit het stopcontact en laat het wafelijzer

open liggen om af te koelen.

REINIGING

 Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact. Laat het toestel en de kookplaten eerst afkoelen.

 Reinig de buitenkant met een zachte, vochtige doek. Let erop, dat er geen vocht of olie

via de koelspleten naar binnen sijpelt.

 Om de kookplaten te reinigen kunt u ze ofwel in het toestel laten of ze uit het toestel

verwijderen (druk daarvoor op knop 1 dichtbij de handgreep en neem ze eraf (zie

afbeelding). Als u de platen in het toestel laat, reinig deze met keukenpapier of met een

zachte doek. Als u ze uit het toestel neemt, kunt u ze onder water reinigen. Laat ze goed

drogen. Zet ze nooit in een vaatwasmachine.



 Schuur nooit de binnen- of buitenkant en gebruik geen staalwol, omdat U anders de

oppervlakten ernstig beschadigt.

 Gebruik geen scherpe of ijzeren voorwerpen.

 Dompel niet onder in water of andere vloeistoffen.

MILIEUBESCHERMING – RICHTLIJN 2002/96/EG

Om ons milieu en onze gezondheid te beschermen, moet afgedankte elektrische en

elektronische apparatuur in overeenstemming met welbepaalde regels weggegooid worden.

Dit vergt zowel de inzet van de leveranciers als van de gebruikers. Om deze reden mag uw

apparaat, zoals op het typeplaatje of op de verpakking aangegeven door het symbool ,

niet met het gewone huisvuil weggegooid worden. De gebruiker heeft het recht het toestel

gratis naar een gemeentelijk centrum van gescheiden inzameling te brengen waar het

overeenkomstig de richtlijn hergebruikt, gerecycleerd of voor andere doeleinden gebruikt zal

CONSEJOS DE SEGURIDAD

 Lea detenidamente el modo de empleo antes de la utilización de su aparato.

 Antes de utilizar el aparato, compruebe que el voltaje de la red eléctrica coincide con el

del aparato.

 No deje nunca su aparato sin vigilancia cuando esté en marcha. No lo deje ni al alcance

de los niños ni al de personas no responsables.

 Compruebe de vez en cuando que el cable no esté dañado. No utilice su aparato sí el

cable o el aparato están dañados por el motivo que sea. Si el cable está dañado, debe

ser reemplazado por un servicio cualificado competente(). Cualquier reparación debe

ser realizada por un servicio técnico cualificado().

 Utilice el aparato solamente para usos domésticos y de la manera indicada en el modo de

empleo.

 No sumerja nunca el aparato en el agua o en cualquier otro líquido ni para su limpieza ni

por cualquier otra razón. No lo introduzca nunca en el lavavajillas.

 No utilice el aparato cerca de fuentes de calor.

 La clavija eléctrica debe ser desenchufada antes de limpiar el aparato.

 Procure no utilizar el aparato en el exterior y colóquelo en un sitio seco.

 No utilice accesorios no recomendados por el fabricante, ello puede entrañar un riesgo

para el usuario y puede dañar el aparato.

 No mueva nunca el aparato estirando del cable. Procure que el cable no se enganche

en algún saliente, a fin de evitar posibles caídas del mismo. Evite enrollar el cable

alrededor del aparato y no lo tuerza.

 Coloque el aparato sobre una mesa o soporte estable para evitar su caída.

 Deje enfriar el aparato antes de limpiarlo o guardarlo.

 Procure que el cable no entre en contacto con las superficies calientes del aparato

 No toque las superficies calientes del aparato, utilice las asas.

 Vigile que cuando el aparato esté en marcha no entre en contacto con materias

fácilmente. inflamables como cortinas, tejidos, etc., ya que podría provocar un incendio.

 Procure no rallar el revestimiento especial de las placas de cocción, ya que en caso

contrario podría encontrar partículas del revestimiento en la comida. Utilice una espátula

de madera o plástico resistente al calor.

 Desenchufe el aparato cuando no lo utilice, ya que el mismo no lleva interruptor.

 No cocine nada mas que alimentos apropiados a la cocción y al consumo.

MODO DE EMPLEO

 La primera vez que se enchufa, hace humo y huele. Esto es normal, puesto que en su

fabricación se pueden haber adherido grasas que se estén quemando.

 Cuando utilice el aparato por primera vez, pásele un paño humedecido.

 Colocar las placas que desee utilizar en su aparato presionando sobre el botón 1 situado

 Cierre el aparato.

 Enchufa su aparato. El testigo luminoso rojo se enciende indicando que el aparato está

funcionando.

 El testigo luminoso se apagará cuando será conseguida la temperatura de cocción.

Durante su utilización el testigo luminoso se apagará y se encenderá regularmente. Eso

significa que el termostato regula la temperatura del aparato.

 Atención: Durante la utilización, las partes "2" (pagina 2) se calientan. Téngalo en cuenta

para evitar quemaduras.

 !! PARA EVITAR TODO RIESGO DE QUEMADURA, ESPERE A SIEMPRE QUE EL APARATO ESTÉ

FRÍO ANTES DE CAMBIAR LAS PLACAS.

Ideas para emparedados (Fig. A pagina 2)

 Prepare sus emparedados durante el calentamiento del aparato.

 Abra enteramente el aparato. Ponga una rodaja de pan en el lugar de base con el lado

untado en mantequilla contra la placa de cocción.

 Ponga sobre esta la guarnición que desee.

 Coloque la rodaja de pan superior con el lado untado en mantequilla sobre la placa y

cierre el aparato.

 Cierre las dos mitades del aparato del aparato durante su tostado.

 Su emparedado estará hecho en 2 o 3 minutos, o más tiempo dependiendo de su gusto.

Abra el aparato y retire el emparedado con la ayuda de una espátula en madera o en

plástico. Nunca utilice un cuchillo en metal puesto que este estropearía el recubrimiento

anti adhesivo.

 Cierre el aparato para mantener el calor de este hasta que introduzca de nuevo otros

emparedados.

 Nosotros le aconsejamos que vaya preparando el resto de los emparedados durante la

cocción de los otros.

 Desenchufe el aparato después de su empleo.

Grill (Fig. C pagina 2)

 Ponga mantequilla o margarina sobre las placas para evitar que los alimentos se atascan

sobre las placas. Cuándo el aparato ha alcanzado la temperatura deseada, ábralo y

ponga los alimentos sobre la placa. Asegúrese que los alimentos no son demasiado

gruesos, para que se puede cerrar el aparato.

 El tiempo de cocina depende del tipo de los alimentos. Para evitar que se quemen los

alimentos, cheque regularmente durante el proceso de cocina.

 Retire los alimentos con la ayuda de una espátula en madera o en plástico. Nunca utilice

un cuchillo en metal puesto que este estropearía el recubrimiento anti adhesivo.

 Cuando el asar es terminado, desenchufe el aparato y déjele abierto para que se enfríe.



Ideas para gofres (Fig. B pagina 2)

 Eche la mezcla en las placas inferiores pero no en los lados

 Cierre el aparato. Pero no sujete las asas durante la cocción, ya que la fuga de vapor

podría quemarle.

 Hornee hasta obtener un color dorado, unos 3 minutos. El grado de tostado puede

adquirirse ajustando el interruptor de temperatura y el tiempo de cocción.

 La tapa se elevara suavemente cuando los gofres comiencen a cocer. No abra la tapa

durante el primer minuto de cocción.

 Quite los gofres con la ayuda de una espátula de madera o plástico resistente al calor.

Cierre el aparato.

 Cuando haya terminado, desenchufe el aparato y mantenga las placas abiertas para

que se enfríen.

LIMPIEZA

 Tras el empleo y antes de su limpieza, desenchufe el aparato y déjelo enfriar.

 Limpie el exterior del aparato con la ayuda de un paño ligeramente humedecido,

asegurándose de que no haya humedad, aceite o grasa que se infiltre en las aeraciones

que enfrían el aparato.

 Para limpiar las placas, Usted puede dejarlas en el aparato o sacarlas (para ello, presione

sobre el botón 1 situado cerca del mango y quítelas (ver dibujo). Si las deja en el aparato,

limpie las placas con la ayuda de un papel absorbente o de un paño suave (nunca con

un estropajo). Si las quita del aparato puede lavarlas con agua corriente con ayuda de

una esponja (nunca con un estropajo).

PENSANDO NA VOSSA SEGURANÇA

 Antes de utilizar o aparelho leia com atenção as instruções de utilização.

 Confirme se a tensão eléctrica que vai utilizar é igual à indicada na placa sinalética do

aparelho.

 Mantenha o aparelho sob vigilância quando em funcionamento. Nunca deixe o

aparelho ao alcance das crianças ou de pesoas que necesitem de ser vigiadas.

 Verifique com regularidade o estado do aparelho e em caso de danos leve-o a um

serviço técnico competente para o analisar e reparar(*). Se o cabo da alimentação

estiver danificado este tem de ser obrigatoriamente substituído pelo que deve levar o

aparelho a um serviço técnico competente(*).

 Utilize o aparelho unicamente para os fins domésticos e de acordo com as instruções de

utilização.

 Nunca mergulhe o aparelho em água ou outros líquidos seja porque razão for. Nunca

meta o aparelho na máquina de lavar louça.

 Nunca utilize o aparelho perto de fontes de calor.

 Não ponha o aparelho próximo de fontes de calor.

 O aparelho ao ser limpo tem de ter o cabo de alimentação retirado da tomada

fornecedora de energia.

 Logo que não precise do aparelho desligue-o da tomada fornecedora da corrente

eléctrica.

 O aparelho não deve ser utilizado fora de casa e deve ser acondicionado em locais

secos.

 Coloque o aparelho numa mesa ou superfície plana e segura de forma a não permitir a

queda do aparelho.

 A limpeza e arrumação são operações a fazer sempre com o aparelho desligado da

corrente eléctrica e em frio.

 Nunca toque nas partes quentes do aparelho. Ao pegar no aparelho faça-o pelo punho

de plástico.

 Nunca ponha o aparelho em contacto com substâncias inflamáveis.

 Sempre que não esteja a utilizar o aparelho desligue-o da tomada fornecedora de

MODO DE EMPREGO

 O aparelho possui uma camada de protecção que deixa escapar um pouco de fumo a

quando a sua primeira utilização.

 Antes da primeira utilização limpe com um pano húmido as placas e seque-as bem antes

de as usar.

 Coloque as placas que você deseja utilizar dentro aparelho(pressione a tecla 1 situada

perto da alça e remova-a (veja desenho pagina 2). As placas estando antiaderentes, o

uso da manteiga é opcional mas você pode, se desejar, revesti-las de manteiga, de

margarina ou de qualquer outra gordura de cozinhar.

 Feche o aparelho e deixe-o aquecer.

 Ligue o aparelho. A lâmpada de aviso acende-se.

 A lâmpada de aviso desliga-se quando a temperatura está atingida. Durante a utilização

esta luz ira ascender-se e desligar-se regularmente, significa que o termostato regula a

temperatura do aparelho.

 Cuidado durante a cozedura as partes 2 (veja pagina 2) ficam quentes tenha cuidado

para não se queimar.

A FIM DE EVITAR O RISCO DE QUEIMADURA, ESPERE SEMPRE ATÉ QUE O APARELHO ESTEJA

TOTALMENTE FRIO ANTES DE TROCAR AS PLACAS.

Idéias para sanduíches (veja desenho A pagina 2)

 Quando o aparelho estiver aquecido, prepare seu croque-monsieur.

 Abra inteiramente o aparelho. Coloque uma fatia do pão dentro do local fundo com o

lado da manteiga de encontro da placa de cozimento.

 Adicione o enfeite.

 Coloque a fatia de pão com o lado da manteiga para cima e feche o aparelho. Não

entre em contato com o vapor que se escapará de seu croque-monsieur.

 Seus”croques” serão cozinhados de 2 a 3 minutos ou em mais do tempo de acordo com

seu gosto. Abra o aparelho e retire o croque-monsieur usando uma espátula de madeira

ou plástico. Nunca utilize utensílios de metal porque os mesmo podem danificar o

revestimento antiaderente.

 Feche novamente o aparelho a fim preservar o calor até que você recoloque outros

sanduíches.

 Nós aconselhamos o preparo de outro croque-monsieur durante o cozimento dos

primeiros.

 Queira desligar o aparelho após o uso.

Função Grelhador (veja desenho C pagina 2)

 Ponha manteiga ou margarina sobre a placa para evitar que os alimentos colam sobre

as placas. Quando o aparelho alcançou a temperatura desejada, abre-o e põe os

alimentos na placa. Assegure-se de que os alimentos não são demais grosso, de modo

que pode fechar o aparelho.

 O tempo da cozedura depende do tipo de alimento. Evitar queimadura os alimentos,

cheque regularmente durante a cozedura.

 Abra o aparelho e retire os alimentos usando uma espátula de madeira ou plástico.

Nunca utilize utensílios de metal porque os mesmo podem danificar o revestimento

antiaderente.

 Quando assar é acabado, desliga o eletrodoméstico e deixa aberto para poder esfriar.



 Abre o seu aparelho e barre-o com margarina ou manteiga.

 Coloque a massa sobre as placas de baixo de maneira a tapar todas as ranhuras, não

utilize massa em demasia para não transbordar.

 Deixe cozer ao seu gosto (mais ou menos 3 minutos). Quando a bolacha estiver pronta

retire-a com ajuda de uma espátula de madeira ou plástico. Não deve utilizar utensílios

de metal os mesmos podem danificar a camada antiaderente do seu aparelho.

 Quando tiver terminado de utilizar o seu aparelho, desligue-o e deixe as placas abertas

para arrefecerem.

LIMPEZA

 Desligue o aparelho e deixe-o arrefecer. Limpe as placas logo que estejam frias.

 O exterior do aparelho limpe-o com um pano macio humedecido.

 Para limpar as placas, você pode deixá-las no aparelho, ou removê-las (para isto

pressione a tecla 1 situada perto da alça e remova-a (veja desenho). Se você as deixar

no aparelho, limpe as placas usando o papel absorvente ou um pano macio. Se você as

remover do aparelho, você pode lavá-los com água corrente. Seque-as bem. Nunca

coloque as placas na lava-louças.

 Nunca use na limpeza produtos abrasivos que possam danificar as placas.

AVVERTENZE

 Vi invitiamo a leggere attentamente queste istruzioni prima dell’uso dell’apparecchio.

 Prima di mettere in funzione l’apparecchio, controllare che la tensione riportata sulla

 Non lasciare l’apparecchio senza sorveglianza quando è in funzione. Non lasciarlo alla

 Verificare regolarmente che il cavo non sia danneggiato. Non attivare l’apparecchio se il

 La temperatura delle superfici accessibili potrebbe essere molto alta durante il

funzionamento dell'apparecchio. Non toccare le parti calde dell’apparecchio. Utilizzare

 Le parti calde dell’apparecchio non devono entrare in contatto con materiali facilmente

infiammabili, p.es. tende, tovaglie ecc... in quanto possono incendiarsi.

 Non graffiare il rivestimento speciale dei piani di cottura perché frammenti del

rivestimento potrebbero ritrovarsi negli alimenti. Usare una spatola di legno classica o di

plastica concepita per resistere al calore.

 Spegnere sempre l’apparecchio quando non è in funzione, soprattutto se non è dotato di

un interruttore ON/OFF.

 Utilizzare l’apparecchio per la sola cottura di alimenti.

UTILIZZARE L’APPARECCHIO

 Durante il primo utilizzo dell’apparecchio, la pellicola protettiva produce del fumo.

Questo NON è nocivo e non compromette l’apparecchio.

 Prima di utilizzare l’apparecchio per la prima volta, pulire le piastre con un panno umido e

poi asciugare.

 Mettere le piastre desiderate nell’apparecchio (spingere sul pulsante 1 che si trova

accanto la maniglia e toglierle (vedi il disegno pagina 2). E’ possibile ungere le piastre

con burro, margarina. Fino a quando le piastre manterranno lo strato antiaderente,

l’utilizzo di grassi è facoltativo.

 Collegare la spina alla presa di corrente. Si accenderà la spia luminosa.

 Quando l’apparecchio ha raggiunto la temperatura si spegne la spia luminosa e lo stesso

è pronto per la cottura. Durante la cottura, la spia si spegnerà e si accenderà più volte,

regolarmente: ciò sta ad indicare che il termostato sta regolando la temperatura

dell’apparecchio.

 Attenzione, durante l'uso, le parti 2 (vedi pagina 2) diventano calde. State attenti di non

bruciarvi.

ATTENZIONE: PER EVITARE USTIONI, ATTENDERE CHE L’APPARECCHIO SI SIA COMPLETAMENT

RAFFREDDATO PRIMA DI CAMBIARE LE PIASTRE O DI RIMUOVERLE.

Idea per toast (vedi il disegno A pagina 2)

 Chiudere l’apparecchio e preparare i toast mentre l’apparecchio si scalda.

 Aprire l’apparecchio, inserire una fetta di pane nella piastra inferiore con il lato imburrato

a contatto con la piastra di cottura.

 Aggiungere la farcitura.

 Posizionare l’altra fetta di pane con il lato imburrato rivolto verso l’alto e chiudere

l’apparecchio. Fare attenzione a non venire a contatto con il vapore che si crea durante la

cottura.

 Chiudere le piastre tramite l’apposito gancio durante la cottura.

 Non aprire l’apparecchio durante la cottura.

 Il toast sarà cotto in 2/3 minuti o un po’ di più secondo i gusti. A cottura avvenuta estrarre il

toast con l’aiuto di una paletta di legno. Non utilizzare utensili in metallo, in quanto

potrebbero danneggiare il rivestimento antiaderente delle piastre.

 Richiudere l’apparecchio per preservare il calore se si intende inserire un altro toast.

 Si consiglia di preparare altri toast durante la cottura del primo.

 Per spegnere l’apparechio togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente.

Funzione grill (vedi il disegno C pagina 2)

 Ungere leggermante le piastre per evitare che la carne si attacchi durante la cottura.

 Quando l’apparecchio è arrivato in temperatura, aprirlo e posizionare il cibo sulle piastre.

Assicurarsi che il cibo non sia troppo spesso, altrimenti l’apparecchio non si chiude. Il

tempo di cottura dipende dal tipo di cibo che state cuocendo. Per evitare che il cibo si

bruci, controllare la cottura.

 A cottura avvenuta estrarre il cibo con l’aiuto di una paletta di legno. Non utilizzare utensili

in metallo, in quanto potrebbero danneggiare il rivestimento antiaderente delle piastre.

 Quando la cottura è terminata, staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente e attendere che

l’apparecchio si sia completamente raffreddato.



 Depositare un piccolo quantitativo di pasta per cialde o wafer al centro

dell'apparecchio. Chiudere il coperchio dell'apparecchio per permettere alla pasta di

disporsi in maniera uniforme sulla piastra di cottura.

 Si raccomanda di non inserire troppa pasta in quanto potrebbe fuoriuscire dai bordi

dell'apparecchio.

 Far cuocere la pasta secondo i Vostri gusti (circa 3 minuti).

 Aprire l'apparecchio e togliere le cialde o i wafer con l'aiuto di una spatola in legno o in

plastica termoresistente.

 Dopo l'uso spegnere l'apparecchio disinserendo la spina dalla presa di corrente.

CIALDE DI PASTA FROLLA

200 g di burro

200 g di zucchero

4 uova

buccia di limone

200 g di farina

CIALDE LIEVITATE

25 g di lievito di birra

¼ di latte

125 g di burro

50 g di zucchero

6 uova

sale

375 g di farina

CIALDE TRADIZIONALI

125 g di burro

150 g di zucchero

buccia di limone

sale

3 uova

¼ di latte

250 g di farina

1 cucchiaino di lievito

CIALDE CROCCANTI

200 g di burro

150 g zucchero

4 uova

350 g di farina

1 cucchiaio di rhum

1 bustina di zucchero vanigliato

1 bustina di lievito

150-200 ml di acqua (non di latte)

CIALDE ALLE MELE

150 g di burro

200 g di zucchero

4 uova

½ cucchiaino di sale

250 g di Maizena

1 cucchiaino di lievito

1 manciata di chiodi di garofano macinati

1 manciata di cannella

2 mele sbucciate e tagliate a cubetti

PULIZIA

 Prima di pulire l’apparecchio, scollegare la spina e lasciarlo raffreddare.

 Asciugare la parte esterna dell’apparecchio con un panno leggermente umido,

assicurarsi che l’umidità, olio ed il grasso di cottura non si infiltrino all’interno delle asole di

raffreddamento dell’apparecchio.

 Per pullire le piastre, potete lasciarle nell'apparecchio, o toglierle (spingere sul pulsante 1

che si trova accanto la maniglia e toglierle (vedi il disegno). Se lasciate le piastre

nell'apparecchio, pulirle con un pezzo di carta assorbente o con uno straccio. Se togliete

le piastre dall'apparecchio, potete lavarle sott' acqua corrente. Asciugare bene le

piastre. Non mettere nella lavastoglie.

 Non pulire l’apparecchio (sia la parte interna che esterna) con prodotti abrasivi per non

rovinare il rivestimento.

 Non immergere l’apparecchio in acqua o in altri liquidi.



elettronici non più utilizzati, va fatta secondo la direttiva sopra citata che impone l'obbligo al

costruttore, al commerciante e all’utilizzatore di consegnare gli apparecchi ai centri di

raccolta specializzati, i quali saranno in grado di smaltire e riciclare i vecchi prodotti come la

legge prescrive.

Per questa ragione troverete apposto sull’etichetta segnaletica il simbolo che indica di

non gettare il vecchio apparecchio non più utilizzato, in pattumiera o nel cassonetto delle

immondizie.

Per eliminare il vecchio apparecchio non più utilizzato, potete consegnarlo al rivenditore il

cambio di quello nuovo acquistato, o direttamente nei centri di raccolta specializzati messi a

disposizione dal vostro comune di residenza.


