Installation of the outlet hose
• Please position the unit on a flat surface in the vicinity of a suitable wall socket, however with a minimum
distance of 50 cm to other objects (see Fig. 1).
• The outlet hose must be connected during cooling and dehumidifying. The outlet hose is not required
during ventilation.
• Please connect the two outlet hose adapters to each respective end of the outlet hose by turning. Then
secure the round end to the back of the mobile local air-conditioning unit (see Fig. 2).
• Temporary installation of the outlet hose: Please guide the free end of the outlet hose out of your window
(see Fig. 3).

• Installation of the outlet hose with the window slider bar (for sliding windows):
Depending on the window type, please insert the window slider bar vertically or horizontally in your
window. Please guide the outlet hose through the hole of the window slider bar (see Fig. 4):

For all other types of windows please use the “Air-Block Klima-Sail” window sail (see chapter
“Obtaining spare parts and accessories”).
• Note: The outlet hose can be varied in length
between 270 mm and 1500 mm. A shorter length is
recommended to achieve a better cooling capacity.
Please never kink the outlet hose, but instead
keep the hose as straight as possible.
