8 Troubleshooting problems with the sonoroHIFI
Malfunctions can occur with any electrical equipment. This is not necessarily due to a device defect. As such,
you should check the following table to see if you can eliminate the problem yourself.

into the CD slot.
The CD is not an original Insert the original CD or a different
CD.
No Bluetooth connection, or Blue-
tooth connection interrupted
Malfunctions due to other radio
transmitters or devices
Increase the distance between the
sonoroHIFI and the source of the
interference.
Software on external Bluetooth
device not up to date
Make sure that your external Blue-
tooth device has the latest software
version installed. Contact the man-
ufacturer of your external Blue-
tooth device to establish what soft-
ware versions are available.
