6. Check the status of the "FOOD" and "VACUUM
PRESSURE" buttons by refering to the LED indicator
lights.
With the "FOOD" button you can choose between
"Dry" and "Moist", depending on whether the food
is dry (Choose "Dry" setting) or contains a lot
of moisture (Choose "Moist" setting). With the
"VACUUM PRESSURE" button you can choose if
the vacuum pressure should be at the normal level
("Normal") or if it should be lower because the food
is pressure sensitive ("Gentle").
7. Then press the "VACUUM+SEAL" button, now the
appliance will vacuum and seal the bag. During the
vacuum-programme the red indicator light next to
"VACUUM+SEAL" lights up. Once the appliance
begins sealing, the blue indicator light next to "SEAL"
lights up.

Note: The appliance produces a fairly high vacuum
pressure in the bag. If this pressure might crush frag-
ile food then observe the vacuum pressure in the bag
during vacuuming. When the desired vacuum is
achieved, press the "SEAL" button. The appliance
switches off the motor pump from vacuuming and
begins sealing the bag.
