Three-step fan speed control by CO
2
and temperature.
We have both models which can be distinguished by internal
and external sensor, SH-VT250, transmits is our external
sensor type that can be communicated with RS-485
communication protocol.
Wall mounted type
CO
2
sensor warming-up time is about 1 minute after the
first power supplied.
During this warming-up time, device will keep OFF mode.

1. Plug in the power supply and Push the [MENU] button for 2
seconds, then existing value will be displayed on LCD.
<Mode 1: individual mode>
2. Above example is no.1 mode and if you push [SET] button,
the numbers will flashes, then you can set up the mode
from 1 to 3 by [, ] button.
After you select the mode, push [SET] button for save you
selected mode and push [ESC] button to return run mode.
Then the controller will run with the mode that you set-
up.

Notice : You should be careful to set up
the mode whether your device is internal
or external sensor type.
1. CO

ON/OFF setting(Mode = 1,2)
A. If you push [MENU] button, CO
2
setting value
and [1, On] will be displayed.
In this screen, if you push [SET] button, device
will wait for your setting with flickering related
value.
B. When numeral flashes shows number, you can modify the
value by [, ] button, In every pushing, 10ppm CO2
value will be increased or decreased
Then push [SET] button again in order to finish the
setting.

related relay for Co2.

A. At the CO

setting mode if you push [] button,
You will enter temperature setting mode.

setting.

C. If you push [] button again, you will enter

Exist value and [2 OF] will be displayed on the
LCD screen then push [SET] button to set up.
D. If you put [, ] button shortly, setting value
will be increased by 0.1%, but keep pushing the
button, setting value will be increased by 1%
E. In accordance with internal or external relay, Output
value will be distinguished.
i. Internal relay model for temp. control
(SH-VT250, CNS)
Heater on : ON setting value < Off setting value
Cooler on : ON setting value > Off setting value
ii. External relay mode for temp. control
(SH-VT200CNSR)
Depending on On settingandOff setting
If recent ambient temperature is higher than On
Setting, Cooler will run.
Inversely, if ambient temperature is lower than
OFF setting, Cooler will run.

F. In the proportional control mode, value of [2,
OF] will be setting value and value of [2, ON]
will be bandwidth of proportional control range.
3. Humidity ON/OFF setting mode = 1,2,4,5)
A. In the temperature setting mode, if you push []
button, humidity
ON setting value and [3, On ]
will be displayed on the Top of LCD and
push [SET] button to set up.
B. If you put [, ] button shortly, setting value
will be increased by 0.1%, but keep pushing the
button, setting value will be increased by 1%
And push [SET] button for setting.

2. Temperature proportional control mode:
This control mode is distinguished by using external
relay.
A. In case of using internal relay for temperature
output ( SH-VT200C, CNS)
[1, OF] value = setting value
[1, ON] value = proportional bandwidth.
According to setting time of proportional control mode,
Device will control the output comparing with detected
value.
Ex) Temp.ON = 25, Temp.OFF = 20, Time = 60 seconds,
If detected value of Temp.
is 23, heater relay output
time will be 36seconds(60%)ONand 24seconds0FF
because detected temp.23 is 60% position between 20
and 25.
So the heater will be ON for 36 seconds (60% of 60
seconds) and OFF for 24 seconds repeatedly.
ON/OFF time will be changed automatically in accordance
with the detected value of temperature.
B. In case of using internal relay for temperature
output ( SH-VT200CNSR),
Gap between [2, OF] and [2, ON] will be reference
bandwidth for proportional control.
If detected value is higher than setting value, output
of cooler will be applied to proportional control,
inversely if detected value is lower than OFF value,
output of heater will be applied to proportional control.

Ex) Temp.ON = 25, Temp.OFF = 20, Time = 120 seconds,
If detected value of Temp.
is 29, relay output of
cooler will turn ON.
Since reference bandwidth is 5 (from 20 to 25),
reference high temperature will be 30.
In this case, detected Temp.29 is 80% position,
Therefore, relay output will turn on for 96second(80%)
and turn off for 24second repeatedly.
ON/OFF time will be changed automatically in accordance
with the detected value of temperature.
And with this same setting, if detected value of Temp.
is 18, relay output of heater will turn ON.
Since reference bandwidth is 5 (from 20 to 25),
reference low temperature will be 15.
In this case, detected Temp.18 is 40% position,
Therefore, relay output will turn on for 48second(40%)
and turn off for 72second repeatedly.
ON/OFF time will be changed automatically in accordance
with the detected value of temperature.
3. Humidity proportional control :
[2, OF] value = setting value
[2, ON] value = proportional bandwidth
According to setting time of proportional control mode,
Device will control the output comparing with detected
value.
Ex) Humidity ON = 90.0%, Humidity OFF = 95.0%,
Time = 60 seconds,
If detected value of humidity
is 92%, humidity relay
Output(humidifier) time will be 36seconds(60%)ONand
24seconds0FF

1.Keep pushing [SET+ ] buttons for 3 seconds at the same
time to enter compensate mode from normal working mode.
and push [SET] button to set up. Then value will show
flickering in order to get the new value.

If set value is higher or lower than detected value,
compensate the value as much as its gap.
2. Initial value is 0(zero).

VT250 ID Setting
( This setting is
for only external
sensor model)
Keep pushing [SET+ ] buttons for 3 seconds at the same
time to enter compensate mode from normal working mode.
and push [] button again at humidity compensation mode
in order to enter ID setting mode.
[ID setting mode]
1. If you push [] button at humidity compensation mode,
[6 ID] will be displayed and top of the LCD screen
show the communication ID of VT250(sensor) which is
connected with VT200CNS, CNSR.
2. Then push [SET]button, device will enter ID setting
mode. And you can set the value with [, ] buttons.
3. . Initial ID is set as0(zero)
Caution.
When you change the ID, number of ID should be same as
Dip switch in the VT250, if it is not, device will not
work properly.
Caution.
Once you set the ID, VT250 will work with requested
transmit mode automatically so you need to be careful.

Proportional control time chart
Similar to individual(ON/OFF) control but its applied to ventilation fan and
heater only.
If ON time is longer since big capacity of heater / fan / humidifier, widen
the gap of ON/OFF setting value, and ON time will be reduced proportionally.
Oppositely in the case of ON time is short, narrow the ON/OFF gap and ON
time will take a long time.
You can widen the time to prevent working of frequent but in the case of
ventilation fan, it might be a little hard to ventilate properly.
