Connect the power cable to the mains

Commissioning
1. Insert the supplied power cable into
the mains power connector

appears shortly. The clock starts at
„00:00:00“.
3. Press the STANDBY button

switch the radio on. In the display

„Welcome! Digital Radio“ appears
again. At the first switching on, or
after resetting of the appliance, there
appears afterwards „Autotune Fulls-
can“.
The radio searches for available radio
stations in the DAB-Mode, in the mean-
time

„searching...“ appears in the
display. Should no radio stations be
found, „No Signal DAB“ appears in the
display

Adjusting Time and Date.
The time and the date are automatically
transmitted from the radio stations.
Should the DAB radio not receive any
information,

„Time/Date“ is shown
in the display.
Adjusting the volume.

Connecting Headphones
You can also listen to the radio program-
me through a headphone.

The loudspeakers are muted as soon as
headphones are connected.
DAB Mode
In DAB-Mode (DAB = Digital Audio
Broadcasting) the radio receives digital
radio stations.
With the first switching on of the radio
the Scan-Mode (Station Search) starts
automatically. Should a station already
have been received, the radio starts with
the last tuned station.
Note: Unlike an analog radio, with
DAB several stations are bundled
together to a station group and
transmit on one frequency. When
the radio has found a station group
the name of the station and the sta-
tion group are shown in the display.
Manual Station Search
1. Hold the button SELECT

display.
