3. You may opt to apply the terms of the ordinary
GNU General Public License instead of this License
to a given copy of the Library. To do this, you must

with the Library by being compiled or linked with

with the Library creates an executable that is a
derivative of the Library (because it contains por-
tions of the Library), rather than a "work that uses

from a header file that is part of the Library, the

of the Library even though the source code is not.

tomer's own use and reverse engineering for
