filter holder to cool down briefly.

Drip tray
During operation, any excess water or
steam is collected in the drip tray. The tray
must therefore be fitted whenever the
espresso maker is switched on. Caution: the
drainer and tray become very hot during
use.
The red indicator allows the water level in
the drip tray to be monitored. As the level
rises, the indicator becomes visible through
the drainer. The water level in the tray must
be carefully monitored and always emptied
in good time. Do not remove the drip tray
unless the appliance has been switched off
and has had sufficient time to cool down.
To remove the tray, pull it away from the
appliance and lift it out.
