The current guarantee conditions come enclosed with your device. These are also available online at www.SMA.de and can be
downloaded or are available on paper from the usual sales channels if required.

With the installation of the software tool "Sunny Design" you express your approval of the following terms of use.
Copyright
"Sunny Design" software has been developed by SMA Solar Technology AG and is copyright protected. It is provided to the user
free of charge and for an unlimited period.
Passing on
"Sunny Design" is freeware and may be freely copied and used; it may be passed on to third parties only completely and
unchanged while maintaining all proprietary rights. The commercial passing on to third parties (e.g. as part of shareware/freeware
distributions) is not permitted. The user is not allowed to change in any way the original code and the original data. SMA reserves
the right to improve and/or modify the product described. The currently valid version can be downloaded from the internet at
www.SMA.de or retrieved via the usual sales channels.
Inverter Data
The employed technical data of the SMA inverter is continuously checked and, if necessary, adapted. Nevertheless, deviations
and errors cannot be excluded. We accept no responsibility for the completeness and/or correctness of the data (The data does
not represent guaranteed characteristics).
PV Module Data
The employed technical data of the PV modules is based on the publicly accessible information of the respective manufacturers.
SMA has integrated the available data into the software with the greatest care possible. The contents of this software are
continuously checked and, if necessary, adapted. Nevertheless, deviations cannot be excluded. We cannot accept responsibility
that the data is up-to-date, correct and complete as it is subject to frequent modifications.
Insolation Data
These data have been given to SMA by several institutions and are allowed to be used in this program. Therefore, SMA does not
take any liability for completeness and/or correctness of these data.
