3- RECOMMENDED DURATION OF THE MASSAGE
The massaging appliance can be used for duration of 10 to 15 minutes. The benefits of
the massage vary from one person to the other. After several uses, you will be able to determine
the massage duration that best fits your needs.
Do not use the appliance for more than 20 minutes of massage.
4- MAINTENANCE
Rinse carefully the appliance with water after each use and possibly with a mild
detergent. We also recommend that you add few drops of disinfectant.
Do not
immerse the appliance in water.
• Cleaning the exfoliating attachment:
- Rinse with water.
- If your cork pad is used, contact your AUTHORISED CUSTOMER SERVICE
CENTRE.
• After use of your FITSPA® with essential oils, we recommend to thoroughly
clean the sides of the appliance as well as the Reflexology or Digipression
attachment (according to the model).

Your appliance contains valuable materials which can be recovered or recycled.
Leave it at a local civic waste collection point.
• The balls of the mat do not
move by themselves.
• It is normal: they are not motorized and roll only by actions of the
feet.
• Your FITSPA® does not
produce any air bubble.
• You may have used drops that
clogged the holes. • Unclog each hole of the bubble
diffuser with a needle and then
run the FITSPA® with extremely
hot water to dissolve the solid
deposits. Do not put your feet in
this extremely hot water.
• The appliance moves while
using it.
• It is not levelled.
• A cushioned pad is missing.
• Place it on a horizontal and
level floor.
• Contact your AUTHORISED
CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE
to add the missing cushioned
pad.
• You press too hard; as a safety
measure, it has an automatic
disengaging mechanism.
• Place your foot lightly on the
attachment.
• The reflexology or digipression
(according to the model) or
exfoliating attachment is locked.
• You filled up your appliance with
water that was too hot.
• Add some cold water.
• Make sure that you fill up your
appliance with a water temperature
suited to your sensitivity.
• The water is too hot.
• You press too hard on the
attachment.
• Press less strongly.
• Your rotating attachments turn in a
jerking manner and the rotation
changes direction.
