The warranty period consists of 24 months and begins with the day of the sale. Please keep the receipt as proof of the purchase. Warranty promi-
ses can only be validated upon presentation of the purchase voucher.
The following warranty conditions are valid:
The manufacturer guarantees free repair of defects that are returned due to material or manufacturing mistakes. With a statement of decien-
cies you are obliged to report this to RoyalBeach Service without delay. Damages due to unauthorized hand repairs, failure to observe service
instructions, inappropriate assembly, insucient care, forceful use or normal wear and tear (fan belt, stock, seat, handlebar grips) do not fall
under this warranty. The manufacturer is not liable for causal damages or subsequent damages of any kind, unless such limitations are expressly
forbidden. It stands on the discretion of the manufacturer to fulll the warranty through repair or replacement. Further claims do not exist. The
manufacturer reserves the right to charge for returning unqualied warranty returns.

Be aware that return shipment by mail is not possible for weight reasons. Contact the Service hotline for information and advice. In case of
return only the complete machine (no parts from the packing list can be missing) will be handed over to the forwarding agent.
In order to suciently protect the merchandise in the case of repair or return, we ask you, in all possible cases to preserve the original packing
slip during the duration of the warranty time.
After the expiration of the warranty time you have in any case the possibility to have the defective machine repaired at the address given to you.
Developing repairs after the expiration of the warranty including the shipping costs are chargeable. The legal rights are not restricted by this
warranty.
With any return of the machine please ll out the warranty card with information about defects and return it with the receipt.
