Caution
I . Warning
To reduce the risk of electrical shock, fire hazards, please read this user manual in its entirety to
ensure that you have full knowledge to operate all the features on your treadmill safely and
properly.
1. Position this treadmill on solid surface, with a minimum of 2M (6 feet) between any walls or
furniture. Make sure that the area behind the treadmill remains completely clear during use.
A minimum of 2M (6 feet) of clearance is required for safety reasons.
2. Do not use this product outdoors, near water, or in areas of high humidity with heavy dust.
3. The appliance is not to be used by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction, children being supervised not to play with the appliance.
4. Maximum capacity of this treadmill is 400lbs (180Kgs). You should not allow runners over weight
capacity running on this treadmill.
5. Always run this treadmill with one runner only.
6. Always plug the power cord connecting with grounded outlet and never use other electronic
equipments on same power supply.
7. Never insert any objects into any openings in this product.
8. Never operate this treadmill if there is a damage cord or plug. Keep the power cord away from the
incline bracket and never position the power cord underneath the treadmill.
9. Improper connection between the equipment and the grounding conductor can result in risk of
electric shock. Do not modify the plug provided with the treadmill. If it does not fit with the outlet,
get a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.
10. To reduce the risk of electrical shock, always unplug the unit from the electrical outlet before
cleaning or performing any maintenance tasks.
11. If there are symptoms of dizziness, chest pain, or any other abnormal symptoms, stops
immediately.
Consult a physician before resuming exercise.

II . Electrical Requirements
This treadmill requires the following special

The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with all local
codes and ordinances. Improper connection of equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock.
Check with a qualified electrician or service person if you are in doubt as to whether the unit is properly grounded. Do
not modify the plug provided with the treadmill. If it does not fit the outlet, get a proper outlet installed by a qualified
electrician.
III . Utilization:
Read the following carefully before using your treadmill:
1. Never use any sharp objects to operate the touch panel and use only soft cloth when cleaning.
2. Wearing comfortable non-restrictive clothing when using the treadmill. Never wear any loosen
or accessories during exercise. Do not hang towel on or near the treadmill.
3. Always stand with both feet on the side rails before starting exercise.
4. Always clip the safety key to a part of your clothing, the safety key will properly detach from the
console and stop the treadmill in case of emergency.
5. Always wear running or walking shoes with high traction soles. To avoid damages to the treadmill
surface, be sure your shoes are free from dirt and rocks completely.
6. Always stretch your muscles before starting exercise. Warm up slowly by walking at a slow
speed, then increase workout intensity gradually.
7. Always hold on the handrails when increasing speed or when steeping off the treadmill.
8. Cool down workout gradually to an easy walk, to allow your heart rate to slow down to normal.
9. Never leave the treadmill before the running belt stopped completely.
10. Always remove the safety key from the console and keep it away from children.
11. Use the main power switch to turn the treadmill off. The main power switch is located
on the front of the frame.
12. Always unplug the power cord from outlet if you will not be using your treadmill for a period
of time.
13. Cleaning all the treadmill surfaces of the treadmill with a dry cloth, including handrail,
console and the running belt.

Console Operation Programs
1. Splash
The system starting page is to convey brand recognition that a user will be brought to a comfortable workout
environment directly. The Cushion Setting Screen should appear automatically.

2. The Hibernation Sleep Screen
Except workout page which happens during workout session, if the Cushion Setting Page or any other page is not in
function for 10 minutes or longer, the machine will go in hibernation stage automatically. Press any key to return back to
weight
measuring page.

3. Setting Cushion
The system provides an easy way to measure user weight, and will automatically adjust best suspension level
according to different user weights, then will bring back main screen when completed.
There are two ways to get into the cushion
setting screen :
Turn the treadmill on and system will guide the user to cushion setting page automatically.
Safe Key :
By replacing the safety key in position or waking up from SLEEP mode, the screen will show
Execute weight measuring in process, press “No” to escape the cushion setting mode to get back to main screen, or
press “Yes” to get to guiding screen directly.

Step1 : Touch "START Weight Test “button
Step2 : Stand both feet on the scale pads for 10 seconds
Step3 : Once user weight shows up on screen, either press “Reset” to measure weight again, or press “Ok” to start
cushion adjustment automatically.
Step4 : Once cushion adjustment is ready, main screen will pop up directly.
4. Main Menu with a List of All Fitness Programs
The Main Menu: As per following picture, a user may choose his or her preferred workout by pressing the favorable
workout program to input their data and start an exercise. Once a workout session is completed,
the system will show a workout result on screen, where the user may choose to save onto a USB drive. Keeping
workout records will benefit users to better manage their personal workout routine.
There are professional workout plans to help users better achieve their exercise goals under each exercise programs.
The system has the ability to allow users to stop each exercise and be back to main screen.

5. Quick Start Mode
A user may choose to get into a workout routine without any data inputs. The system will automatically start at lowest
speed with lowest incline level.
There are no time constraints under this program and the user may adjust incline and speed manually.
Operation Procedure
Step1: Execute Weight measuring process display
Press yesEnter into weight measuring, according to the user’s weight to reset suspension setting, then into the
workout page.
Press noEscape the suspension setting, into the workout page directly.
Step2 : Workout Page
Press GO, and in three seconds, the system will start a workout at lowest speed and lowest incline level with no time
limitation.
The user may manually adjust speed and incline levels during workout.
Press STOP to pause workout session, then press GO to resume workout, or press RESET to escape current workout
program to main menu.
Pressing FAN function may turn the fan either on or off.
When pressing COOL DOWN, the system will bring incline level to 0 and reducing speed by half. The user may choose
to stop the program by pressing STOP to skip COOL DOWN and system will prompt up Report page directly.

6. HRC Heart Rate
There are three programs under HRC modes :
Target HRC / Fat Burn / Cardio
Target HRC
The user input the target heart rate value, HRC program help user to achieve target heart rate.
The user first input targeted heart rate, and HRC program will help user achieve targeted heart rate.
When actual heart rate is lower than targeted heart rate, system will increase incline level and speed gradually. When actual
heart rate is higher than targeted heart rate, system will decrease incline level and speed gradually.
Fat Burn :
Input a number that is 65% of targeted heart rate, the system will increase or decrease incline and speed levels to help
user achieve targeted exercise routine while maintaining heart rate within timed session.
Cardio :
Input a number that is 80% of targeted heart rate, the system will increase or decrease incline and speed levels to help
user achieve targeted exercise routine while maintaining heart rate within timed session.

7. Programmed Exercise Modes
There are four programmed exercise modes set-up in system: Random / Hill / Manual / Customize. Under each
programs, there are applicable resistance curves set-up into 12 time segments, with a total of 20 resistance levels.
Random :
The system will generate resistance curve randomly according to targeted Time/Distance/Calorie.
Once target is achieved, the program will stop.
Hill :
There are several built-in resistance curves in system.
The program will adjust resistance levels accordingly
to achieve targeted Time/Distance/Calorie goal. The program will stop once target is achieved.
Manual :
Once program started, resistance level will remain minimal for users to manually adjust resistance levels.
Customize :
Before starting an exercise, user may customize their running program by touch to customize resistance curves. The program
will stop once targeted Time/Distance/Calorie goal is achieved.

11. Entertainment Screen Operation
There are a total of 5 Entertainment Programs:
MP3 / TV / D-TV / Movie / and IPOD. User may shift between different entertainment screens during any workout session
to enjoy music, TV, or movie at the same time.
These five entertainment programs are independent from one another. When shifting between screens, voice and screen
image output will be shifted at the same time to avoid voice or image overlaps.
