1 mango (remove rind and pip)
3/4 pineapple (rind removed)

2 cups curly kale
2 cups parsley
1 cup spinach leaves
1 apple (peeled and cored)
3 sticks celery
1/2 green paprika (remove seeds)
RASPBERRY RUSH
5 cups raspberries (washed)
1 large orange
1 medium lime
serve with grated ice
POWER UP
4 sticks celery
1/2 cucumber
1/2 cup spinach leaves
1 medium apple (wash and remove core)
1/2 green paprika (remove seeds)
SUMMER PUNCH
2 1/2 cups strawberries (wash and remove stalks)
1/2 pineapple (rind removed)
bunch of red grapes (wash and remove stalks)
optional: add rum to taste
serve with grated ice
