- Use oven gloves to remove the food from
the appliance.
- Do not let metal cutlery touch the baking
plates to prevent damage to the non-stick
coating.
Prepare the mixture.•
Place the appliance on a stable and flat •
surface.
If necessary, clean the baking plates •
(3/4/5) with a damp cloth.
Mount the baking plates (3/4/5):•
- Place the hinges of the upper baking
plate into the corresponding slots. Make
sure that the arrows on the baking plate
align with the arrows on the appliance.
Press the baking plate until it clicks into
place.
- Place the hinges of the lower baking
plate into the corresponding slots. Make
sure that the arrows on the baking plate
align with the arrows on the appliance.
Press the baking plate until it clicks into
place.
Close the lid (7). Make sure that the lid •
latch (8) locks into place.
To switch on the appliance, insert the •
mains plug into the wall socket. The power
indicator (1) comes on. The appliance starts
heating.
The temperature indicator (2) comes on •
when the heating elements have reached
the required temperature. The appliance is
ready for use.
Release the lid latch (8) and open the lid (7).•
Brush the baking plates (3/4/5) with •
vegetable oil to facilitate the removal of
desserts after the baking process is
completed.
Put the mixture into the moulds of the •
lower baking plate (3/4/5).
Close the lid (7). Make sure that the lid •
latch (8) locks into place.
Note: While the appliance is switched on, the
temperature indicator (2) will illuminate and
extinguish as the thermostat switches on and
off to maintain the required temperature.
Bake the desserts until they are ready for •
consumption. The required time depends
on your wishes. Experiment with the
required time to achieve the best results.
Stay close to the appliance in order to •
check from time to time whether the
desserts are ready and to make sure that
the desserts do not burn.
Release the lid latch (8) and open the lid •
(7) when the desserts are ready for
consumption.
Remove the desserts from the moulds.•
Close the lid (7) to retain the heat for •
further use. Make sure that the lid latch (8)
locks into place.
To switch off the appliance, remove the •
mains plug from the wall socket.
The power indicator (1) goes off.
Allow the appliance to cool down •
completely.

Chocolate popcakes (24-26 pieces)
Ingredients Quantity
Butter (unsalted) 1/2 cup
Brown sugar 1 cup
Eggs 2
Vanilla extract 1 tsp.
All-purpose flour 1 cup
Cream of tartar 1/2 tsp.
Cacao powder 1/4 cup
In a large mixing bowl, use a mixer •
(medium speed) to beat together the
butter and the brown sugar. Beat in
(medium speed) the eggs and the vanilla
extract until thoroughly combined.
In a small bowl, whisk together the all-•
purpose flour, the cream of tartar and the
cacao powder. Stir into the egg mixture
until thoroughly combined.
Bake the popcakes according to the •

Allow the popcakes to cool down •
completely.
If you want to make "cake pops", insert •
lollipop sticks into the popcakes.
