▪ Mount join pipe(D) on wheel bracket(C) with screws and nylon hex nuts.
▪ Mount two handle(A) to U-shaped bracket (B)using carriage bolts, plastic spacers and
nylon hex. nuts.
▪ Mount foot bracket (E) to handle(A) using carriage bolts, plastic spacers and nylon hex.
nuts.
▪ Mount wheel bracket (C) to foot bracket (E) and U-shaped bracket (B) using carriage
bolts, plastic spacers and nylon hex. nuts.
▪ Remove the wheel cap and remove mounting hardware inside wheel. Mount the wheels to
wheel bracket using large washers and nylon hex. nuts. Install wheel caps once wheels
are installed.
▪ The stand is now completely assembled and should look like the stand.
Note: Only place the device on a level, skid-proof surface. The device must
not wobble.
6.2 Mounting of the saw on folding stand
▪ Position the saw on top of the stand (choose which orientation best suits you). Use 4
screws and nylon hex. nuts to secure jobsite saw to stand.
6.3 Folding stand for storage and transportation purposes- (Fig.3 )
Push the stand release latch (A) and at the same time, grasp the stand handles (B) and lift
them up and away from the saw body. Push the jobsite saw until the release latch clicks and
locks the stand. The stand and saw assembly can now be pivoted and rolled away.
6.4 Fitting the parallel fence (Fig. 4)
Insert the parallel fence (11) into the rail of the measuring scale. Check the setting at the
window. Push the locking lever (9) downwards to lock the parallel fence (11) into place. In
order to obtain a perfectly parallel cut, you should check the gap between the fence and the
saw blade at two positions using a meter rule.
6.5 Mounting mitre angle stop (Fig. 5)
The mitre angle stop (10) consists of two parts - the stop plate (A) and the angle adjustment
(B) that must be assembled together.
▪ Insert the stop plate (A) into the gaps of the angle adjustment (B) with both adjusting
screws (C), push into the required position and tighten the adjusting screws.
Push the gliding bar (D) of the mitre angle stop into the required bar of the table surface.
Right-handed operators prefer to push the mitre angle stop into the left bar
of the table surface.
6.6 Mounting the saw blade guard (Fig. 6)
Risk of injury! The saw blade must be at least set to 30mm height.
▪ First, mount the crank (2).
▪ Put the blade in the highest position.
▪ Position the saw blade protection on the cleaving wedge (8) so that bolt (22) engages in
the hole. Push and at the same time tighten the bolt.
6.7 Mounting the extraction hose (Fig. 7)
▪ Place the vacuum hose (5) on the connecting piece of the saw blade guard (7).
▪ Put the vacuum hose (5) on the vacuum connecting piece (23) on the rear of the device
