USING THE UNIVERSAL BRUSH (A)
Connect the brush to the telescopic tube. If you move the selector
on the brush (A1) and press with a foot, you can change the bristles
position without bending down. The position with bristles extended
is recommended for all non-carpeted floors. The position without bri-
stles is recommended for carpets.
PARQUET BRUSH (B) (
mod.AS500 - AS450)
The parquet brush is designed to clean delicate surfaces and there-
fore has bristles and wheels in material specially selected to avoid
damaging such surfaces.
LANCE FOR CLEANING CORNERS (C)
The lanceis recommended for thorough vacuum cleaning of hard-to-
reach spots such as skirting boards and folds in sofas, armchairs,
upholstered furniture and car upholstery.
MULTIPURPOSE NOZZLE (D)
The multipurpose nozzle is recommended for cleaning upholstery
surfaces such as the joints of sofas, armchairs, mattresses, car
upholstery, etc.
TURBO BRUSH (E) (
mod.AS500)
The turbo brush uses a turbine system which operates on suction
power only, without electricity.
The turbo brush increases the effectiveness and efficiency of suc-
tion on soft furnishings such as carpets and fitted carpeting since it
combines suction with a mechanical action to remove dust and dirt
(organic and inorganic) and fibres (hair, etc.).
By using the turbo-brush on carpets you can refresh the fibres
thanks to the action of the roller, which separates them so that the
cleaner can reach right down into the carpets.
The turbo brush can be used as a traditional brush on hard surfaces
since it has a by-pass system which diverts the air flow directly to
the suction pipe.
It is also suitable for suctioning up and removing pet hair.
The turbine can be easily accessed for cleaning thanks to the practi-
cal flap (fig.3).
JOINTED TUBE (F) (
mod.AS500)
The handy jointed tube is particularly adaptable as it can be folded
and adjusted to suit the task in hand. It is handy for cleaning spots
that are hard to reach with traditional tools, such as high shelves,
the tops of wardrobes, underneath furniture, etc. All other tools may
be fitted to the jointed tube (fig.4).
EXTENSION TUBE (G) (MOD. AS500)
The extension tube may be connected with all accessories to clean
hard to reach spots.
USING THE FLEXO JOINT (H) (mod.AS500)
This special joint allows you to reach hard-to-reach spots without
bending down. To change its inclination, rotate the cursor (H1) by a
half turn. The joint that allows you to alter the working angle of the
tube will then appear (fig.5). Put the joint back in its original position
when you have finished, and cover it with the cursor to lock it in
place.
