About traffic information
• Because the information is updated only peri-
odically, it may take time to collect all the infor-
mation.
• Not all RDS stations provide traffic informa-
tion.
• Instead of the broadcasting station name
appearing, the name of the service provider or
the music being played may be displayed. The
information content depends on the informa-
tion of the sender of the transmission.
• Traffic information is not taken into account in
calculating estimated time of arrival time or
travel time for your destination.
• The navigation system may not be able to
receive traffic information in some areas.
Types of the Road Stored in the
Disc
There are three types of roads in the map of this
disc.
Roads included in the route
guidance and roads not included
Turn by Turn Routable Roads contain full
attribute data and can be used for full Route
Guidance. Pioneer Navigation will display full
route guidance, including turn-by-turn voice
directions and arrow icons.
Routable roads (The route displayed and high-
lighted in purple colour) have only basic data and
can only be used to plot a navigable route. Pio-
neer Navigation will only display a navigable
route on the map (only the arrival guidance for
the destination or a way point is available). Please
review and obey all local traffic rules along the
highlighted route. (For your safety.)
No turn-by-turn directions or arrow icons will be
displayed on these roads.
When your vehicle reaches to the entrance of this
road, the icon will be displayed, indicating
that the guidance is not available with this type of
road. The icon will be indicated for the road
with which the guidance is available.
The Close-up of Junction function, Auto Reroute
function, Changing the view to Mixed Mode, or
St.List Mode are not available.
Non routable roads (pink colour
road)
Map display is possible, but it cannot be used for
the route calculation. Please review and obey all
local traffic rules along this route. (For your
safety.)

  • ik heb 2 navigatiedvd's(de paarse) en nu doe ik die in mijn cd speler en krijg ik in mijn scherm te zien dat ik de goede cd/dvd moet in voeren.nu doet mijn navigatie het niet meer Gesteld op 19-8-2010 om 22:21

    Voor de mensen die een update gedaan hebben naar de 90 firmware en waar de unit niet deftig werkt kunnen teruggaan
    naar de 80 versie als volgt:

    1) Change language to French with the 90MT disc and let it reprogram fully.

    2) Let unit "reset" itself and change language to english (as soon as you hit english press the eject button)
    You want to hit eject before any programming has taken place.

    3) The unit will say insert appropiate disc

    4) Insert your old 80MT disc and let it reprogram/reflash the unit. You will then be back to normal with a
    working disc and you will not have to resort to test mode or service mode with the remote control.

    Deze discs altijd branden op 2.4x(best verbatim schijfje) en altijd verifieren.(als u de usa versie toch moest gebruiken)
