tooth as well as the gum line. Hold the brush
in that position for a few seconds and then
move on to the next tooth.

have to do is guide the brush carefully along
the teeth and molars.

(inside, outside and chewing surface) as well as the
gums properly.A fixed brushing pattern will
prevent you from skipping certain areas.
