neuen Gerätes. Sie haben sich damit für

ein hochwertiges Gerät entschieden. Die-

ses Gerät wurde während der Produktion

auf Qualität geprüft und einer Endkontrolle

unterzogen. Die Funktionsfähigkeit Ihres

Gerätes ist somit sichergestellt.

Die Betriebsanleitung ist Bestandteil

dieses Gerätes. Sie enthält wichtige

Hinweise für Sicherheit, Gebrauch

und Entsorgung. Machen Sie sich

vor der Benutzung des Gerätes mit

allen Bedien- und Sicherheitshin-

weisen vertraut. Benutzen Sie das

Gerät nur wie beschrieben und für

die angegebenen Einsatzbereiche.

Bewahren Sie die Betriebsanlei-

tung gut auf und händigen Sie alle

Unterlagen bei Weitergabe des

Verwendung

Das Gerät ist zum Eindrehen und Lösen von

Schrauben in Holz, Metall oder Kunststoff

und für leichte Bohrarbeiten vorgesehen.

Dieses Gerät ist nicht zur gewerblichen

Nutzung geeignet.

Jede andere Verwendung, die in dieser

Anleitung nicht ausdrücklich zugelassen

wird, kann zu Schäden am Gerät führen

und eine ernsthafte Gefahr für den Benut-

zer darstellen. Der Hersteller haftet nicht

für Schäden, die durch bestimmungswid-

rigen Gebrauch oder falsche Bedienung

Der Akku-Stabschrauber mit Rechts-/Links-

lauf besitzt 6 Drehmomentstufen, eine Bohr-

stufe und ein LED-Arbeitslicht. Zusätzlich

kann das Gerät als Taschenlampe verwen-

det werden.

1) ARBEITSPLATZSICHERHEIT

a) Halten Sie Ihren Arbeitsbereich

sauber und gut beleuchtet. Un-

ordnung oder unbeleuchtete Arbeitsbe-

reiche können zu UnfälIen führen.

b) Arbeiten Sie mit dem Elektro-

werkzeug nicht in expIosionsge-

fährdeter Umgebung, in der sich

brennbare Flüssigkeiten, Gase

Elektrowerk-

zeuge erzeugen Funken, die den Staub

oder die Dämpfe entzünden können.

c) Halten Sie Kinder und andere

Personen während der Benut-

zung des EIektrowerkzeugs

fern. Bei Ablenkung können Sie die

Kontrolle über das Gerät verlieren.

2) ELEKTRISCHE SICHERHEIT

a) Der Anschlussstecker des Elek-

trowerkzeuges muss in die

Steckdose passen. Der Stecker

darf in keiner Weise verändert

werden. Verwenden Sie keine

Adapterstecker gemeinsam mit

schutzgeerdeten Elektrowerk-

zeugen. Unveränderte Stecker und

passende Steckdosen verringern das

Risiko eines elektrischen Schlages.

b) Vermeiden Sie Körperkontakt

mit geerdeten OberfIächen, wie

von Rohren, Heizungen, Herden

und Kühlschränken. Es besteht

ein erhöhtes Risiko durch elektrischen

Schlag, wenn Ihr Körper geerdet ist.

c) Halten Sie Elektrowerkzeuge

von Regen oder Nässe fern. Das

Eindringen von Wasser in ein Elektro-

gerät erhöht das Risiko eines elektri-

schen Schlages.

d) Zweckentfremden Sie das Kabel

nicht, um das Elektrowerkzeug

rischen Schlag, Brand und/oder

schwere Verletzungen verursachen.

Bewahren Sie alle Sicherheitshin-

weise und Anweisungen für die

Zukunft auf. Der in den Sicherheitshin-

weisen verwendete Begriff ,,Elektrowerk-

zeug” bezieht sich auf netzbetriebene

Elektrowerkzeuge (mit Netzkabel) und auf

akkubetriebene Elektrowerkzeuge (ohne

Netzkabel).

den Stecker aus der Steckdose

zu ziehen. Halten Sie das Ka-

bel fern von Hitze, Öl, scharfen

Kanten oder sich bewegenden

Geräteteilen. Beschädigte oder ver-

e) Wenn Sie mit einem Elektro-

werkzeug im Freien arbeiten,

verwenden Sie nur Verlänge-

rungskabel, die auch für den

Außenbereich geeignet sind. Die

Anwendung eines für den Außenbe-

reich geeigneten Verlängerungskabels

verringert das Risiko eines elekrischen

Schlages.

f) Wenn der Betrieb des Elektro-

werkzeugs in feuchter Umgebung

nicht vermeidbar ist, verwenden

Sie einen Fehlerstromschutzschal-

ter. Der Einsatz eines Fehlerstrom-

schutzschalters vermindert das Risiko

eines elektrischen Schlages.

3) SICHERHEIT VON PERSONEN

a) Seien Sie aufmerksam, achten

Sie darauf, was Sie tun, und

gehen Sie mit Vernunft an die Ar-

beit mit einem Elektrowerkzeug.

Benutzen Sie kein Elektrowerk-

zeug, wenn Sie müde sind oder



Alkohol oder Medikamenten ste-

hen. Ein Moment der Unachtsamkeit

beim Gebrauch des Elektrowerkzeuges

kann zu ernsthaften Verletzungen führen.

b) Tragen Sie persönliche Schutz-

ausrüstung und immer eine

Schutzbrille. Das Tragen persönlicher

Schutzausrüstung, wie Staubmaske,

rutschfeste Sicherheitsschuhe, Schutz-

helm oder Gehörschutz, je nach Art

und Einsatz des Elektrowerkzeuges, ver-

ringert das Risiko von Verletzungen.

c) Vermeiden Sie eine unbeab-

sichtigte lnbetriebnahme. Ver-

gewissern Sie sich, dass das

Elektrowerkzeug ausgeschaltet

ist, bevor Sie es an die Strom-

versorgung und/oder den Akku

anschließen, es aufnehmen oder

tragen. Wenn Sie beim Tragen des

Elektrowerkzeuges den Finger am Schal-

ter haben oder das Gerät eingeschaltet

an die Stromversorgung anschließen,

kann dies zu Unfällen führen.

d) Entfernen Sie Einstellwerkzeuge

oder Schraubenschlüssel, bevor

Sie das Elektrowerkzeug ein-

schalten. Ein Werkzeug oder Schlüs-

sel, der sich in einem drehenden Ge-



den können, vergewissern Sie

sich, dass diese angeschlossen

sind und richtig verwendet wer-

den. Verwendung einer Staubabsau-

gung kann Gefährdungen durch Staub

verringern.

4) VERWENDUNG UND BEHAND-

LUNG DES ELEKTROWERKZEUGS

a) Überlasten Sie das Gerät nicht.

Verwenden Sie für Ihre Arbeit das

dafür bestimmte Elektrowerk-

zeug. Mit dem passenden Elektrowerk-

zeug arbeiten Sie besser und sicherer

im angegebenen Leistungsbereich.

b) Benutzen Sie kein Elektrowerk-

zeug, dessen Schalter defekt ist.

Ein Elektrowerkzeug, das sich nicht

mehr ein- oder ausschalten Iässt, ist

gefährlich und muss repariert werden.

c) Ziehen Sie den Stecker aus der

Steckdose und/oder entfernen

Sie den Akku, bevor Sie Ge-

räteeinsteIlungen vornehmen,

Zubehörteile wechseln oder das

Gerät weglegen. Diese Vorsichts-

maßnahme verhindert den unbeabsich-

tigten Start des Elektrowerkzeuges.

d) Bewahren Sie unbenutzte Elek-

trowerkzeuge außerhalb der

Reichweite von Kindern auf.

Lassen Sie Personen das Gerät

nicht benutzen, die mit diesem

rät, das für eine bestimmte Art von Akkus

geeignet ist, besteht Brandgefahr, wenn

es mit anderen Akkus verwendet wird.

b) Verwenden Sie nur die dafür

vorgesehenen Akkus in den

Elektrowerkzeugen. Der Gebrauch

von anderen Akkus kann zu Verlet-

zungen und Brandgefahr führen.

c) Halten Sie den nicht benutzten

Akku fern von Büroklammern,

Münzen, Schlüsseln, Nägeln,

Schrauben oder anderen kleinen

Metallgegenständen, die eine

Überbrückung der Kontakte ver-

ursachen könnten. Ein Kurzschluss

zwischen den Akkukontakten kann Ver-

brennungen oder Feuer zur Folge haben.

d) Bei falscher Anwendung kann

Flüssigkeit aus dem Akku aus-

treten. Vermeiden Sie den Kon-

takt damit. Bei zufälligem Kon-

takt mit Wasser abspülen. Wenn

die Flüssigkeit in die Augen

kommt, nehmen Sie zusätzlich

ärztliche Hilfe in Anspruch. Aus-

-

reizungen oder Verbrennungen führen.

6) SERVICE

Lassen Sie lhr Elektrowerkzeug

-

personal und nur mit Original-

Ersatzteilen reparieren. Damit wird

sichergestellt, dass die Sicherheit des

Gerätes erhalten bleibt.

7) SPEZIELLE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

FÜR SCHRAUBER:

a) Halten Sie das Gerät an den



schadet dem Akku und es besteht Explo-

sionsgefahr.

b) Lassen Sie einen erwärmten

Akku vor dem Laden abkühlen.

c) Öffnen Sie den Akku nicht und

vermeiden Sie eine mechanische

Beschädigung des Akkus. Es be-

steht die Gefahr eines Kurzschlusses und

es können Dämpfe austreten, die die

Atemwege reizen. Sorgen Sie für Frisch-

luft und nehmen Sie bei Beschwerden

zusätzlich ärztliche Hilfe in Anspruch.

Richtiger Umgang mit dem

Akkuladegerät

a) Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern

ab 8 Jahren und darüber sowie

von Personen mit verringerten

physischen, sensorischen oder

mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Man-

gel an Erfahrung und Wissen

benutzt werden, wenn sie be-

aufsichtigt oder bezüglich des

sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes

unterwiesen wurden und die

daraus resultierenden Gefahren

verstehen. Kinder dürfen nicht mit

dem Gerät spielen. Reinigung

und Benutzer-Wartung dürfen

nicht von Kindern ohne Beauf-

sichtigung durchgeführt werden.

b) Laden Sie keine nicht-wieder-



geöffnet werden. So stellen

Sie sicher, dass Akku und Lade-

gerät nicht beschädigt werden.

f) Halten Sie das Ladegerät

sauber und fern von Näs-

se und Regen. Benutzen

Sie das Ladegerät niemals

im Freien. Durch Verschmut-

zung und das Eindringen von

Wasser erhöhen sich das Risiko

eines elektrischen Schlags.

g) Das Ladegerät darf nur

mit den zugehörigen

Original-Akkus betrieben

werden. Das Laden von ande-

ren Akkus kann zu Verletzungen

und Brandgefahr führen.

h) Vermeiden Sie mecha-

nische Beschädigungen

des Ladegerätes. Sie können

zu inneren Kurzschlüssen führen.

i) Das Ladegerät darf nicht

auf brennbarem Unter-

grund (z.B. Papier, Textilien)

betrieben werden. Es besteht

j) Um das Risiko eines elek-

trischen Schlags zu re-

duzieren, ziehen Sie den

Stecker des Ladegeräts

aus der Steckdose heraus,

bevor Sie es reinigen.

k) Wenn die Anschlussleitung

dieses Gerätes beschä-

digt wird, muss sie durch

den Hersteller oder seinen

Kundendienst oder eine



Ladevorgang

Setzen Sie den Akku nicht

extremen Bedingungen wie

Wärme und Stoß aus. Es be-

steht Verletzungsgefahr durch

auslaufende Elektrolytlösung!

Spülen Sie bei Augen-Haut-

Kontakt die betroffenen Stel-

len mit Wasser oder Neutra-

lisator und suchen Sie einen

Arzt auf.

Laden Sie den Akku nur in

Ein-/Ausschalten

1. Zum Einschalten des Gerätes

drücken Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter

(8). Das LED-Arbeitslicht (10)

leuchtet während des Betriebs.

2. Zum Ausschalten lassen Sie den

Ein-/Ausschalter (8) los.

Überlastschutz: Bei Überlastung schaltet

die Schutzabschaltung das Gerät ab.

Lassen Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter los, nach

einigen Sekunden können Sie das Gerät

wieder einschalten.

Ladezustand des Akkus

Die Ladezustandsanzeige ( 3) signali-

siert den Ladezustand des Akkus.

Drehrichtung einstellen

Mit dem Drehrichtungsschalter können

Sie die Drehrichtung des Gerätes wählen

(Rechtslauf und Linkslauf) und das Gerät

gegen ungewolltes Einschalten sichern.

1. Warten Sie den Stillstand des

Gerätes ab.

2. Rechtslauf: Drehrichtungs-

schalter (9) rechts drücken.

3. Linkslauf: Drehrichtungs-

schalter (9) links drücken.

4. Einschaltsperre: Drehrichtungs-

schalter in Mittelstellung bringen.

Der Drehrichtungsschalter darf nur

im Stillstand betätigt werden, um

das Getriebe nicht zu beschädigen.

Bits einsetzen/wechseln

Stellen Sie vor allen Arbeiten an

dem Gerät den Drehrichtungsschal-

ter (

9) in Mittelstellung, um ein

ungewolltes Einschalten zu verhin-

dern.

(14) oder Bithalter (15) in die

Bitaufnahme (11). Er rastet hör-

bar ein.

2. Zum Entfernen von Bit oder

Bithalter ziehen Sie die Federhül-

se (1) zurück.

3. Nehmen Sie Bit oder Bithalter

bei gezogener Federhülse (1)

aus der Bitaufnahme (11). Las-

sen Sie die Federhülse los.

Drehmomenteinstellung

Schalten Sie das Gerät aus, bevor

Sie das Drehmoment einstellen.

- von der Art und Länge der ver-

wendeten Schrauben.

Griffeinstellung

Stellen Sie vor allen Arbeiten an

dem Gerät den Drehrichtungsschal-

ter (

9) in Mittelstellung, um ein

ungewolltes Einschalten zu verhin-

dern.

Das Gerät kann in zwei Griffeinstellungen

arretiert werden:

- Pistolengriffposition

- Stabposition

Drücken Sie die Entriegelungstaste

PRESS (4) und drehen Sie den Griff

(6) des Gerätes um 180°. Er rastet

hörbar ein.

Einsatz als Taschenlampe

1. Drücken Sie auf das Taschenlam-

penglas (5) an der Griffuntersei-

te (6). Die LEDs der Taschenlam-

pe leuchten auf.

2. Zum Ausschalten der LEDs drü-

cken Sie erneut auf das Taschen-

lampenglas (5).

Reinigung und Wartung

Lassen Sie Instandsetzungsar-

beiten, die nicht in dieser Anleitung

beschrieben sind, von unserem

Service-Center durchführen. Ver-

wenden Sie nur Originalteile.

Set the direction of rotation

You can select the direction of rotation with

the direction switch (clockwise and anti-

clockwise direction) and secure the device

against accidental start up.

4. Switch lock: Bring direction

Inserting/replacing bits

Prior to commencing any work

on the device, bring the direction

switch (

9) to the neutral position

in order to prevent an accidental

start up.

1. Insert the desired bit (14) or bit

holder (15) into the bit adapter

(11). It locks into place audibly.

2. To remove the bit or bit holder

pull the spring sleeve (1) back.

3. With the spring sleeve (1) pulled

back remove the bit or bit holder

from the bit adapter (11). Release

the spring sleeve.

Torque setting

Always turn off the device, before

setting the torque.

1. Turn the adjusting ring (2) to se-

lect the desired torque:

Step 1 --> lowest torque,

Step MAX --> highest torque



Si un défaut de matériel ou un défaut de

fabrication se présente au cours des trois

ans suivant la date d’achat de ce produit,

nous réparons gratuitement ou remplaçons

ce produit - selon notre choix. Cette ga-

rantie suppose que l’appareil défectueux et

soient présentés durant cette période de

trois ans et que la nature du manque et la

manière dont celui-ci est apparu soient ex-

plicités par écrit dans un bref courrier.

Si le défaut est couvert par notre garantie,

le produit vous sera retourné, réparé ou

remplacé par un neuf. Aucune nouvelle pé-

riode de garantie ne débute à la date de

la réparation ou de l’échange du produit.

Durée de garantie et demande lé-

gale en dommages-intérêts

La durée de garantie n’est pas prolongée

par la garantie. Ce point s’applique aussi

aux pièces remplacées et réparées. Les

dommages et les manques éventuellement

constatés dès l’achat doivent immédiate-

ment être signalés après le déballage. A

l’expiration du délai de garantie les répa-

rations occasionnelles sont à la charge de

l’acheteur.

Volume de la garantie

L’appareil a été fabriqué avec soin, selon

de sévères directives de qualité et il a été

entièrement contrôlé avant la livraison.

La garantie s’applique aux défauts de ma-

tériel ou aux défauts de fabrication. Cette

garantie ne s’étend pas aux parties du pro-

duit qui sont exposées à une usure normale

et peuvent être donc considérées comme

des pièces d’usure (par exemple embouts,

chargeur) ou pour des dommages affec-

tant les parties fragiles (par exemple les

commutateurs, l’accumulateur).
