Place bag sauce side down on a
microwave safe plate. Slash top of bag
with a knife.

FRUIT – Peel, slice, chop into even sized pieces. Place in shallow microwave safe dish.

Only half fill dish. Cover and place on

Add 30 ml (2 tbsp) of water. Only half fill
