INSTALLING BA TTERIES
1. On the r emote c on tr ol’ s back, p ush the tab and lift off the
battery co v er .
2. Obtain tw o (2) new AAA alkaline batt eries. M at ch the + and –
marks on the ba tteries to th e + and – marks in the ba ttery case,
then insert the new ba tteries.
3. P r ess the batt ery cov er back in to plac e. Th e tab sho uld click
when the co v er is lock ed.
4. T est the r emot e co ntr ol b y first p r essing POWER and then any
mode key (e.g.,TV). I f batteries ar e inserted c orr ectly , the LED
(red ligh t) will blink once .
NO TE: W hen batt eries need r eplacemen t, th e remo te c ontr ol will stop
oper atin g. Remov e the old ba tteries and insert new ones with in 30 min ut es
to ensure all of your prog ra mming informat ion is restored.

A macro can be used to c on tro l a home th eat er opera tion, to set a
fav o rite channel, or fo r other m ultiple functions y ou w oul d like t o
con tr ol with one k ey pr ess (see e xamples belo w). Mor eov er , the
MACRO k ey can hold u p to 15 k ey pr esses t otal.

Example – Programming A Favorite Channel

Channel Selection

to a pr emi um channel (e.g., 11).
