Customer Services
Before you call customer services, check whether you can
rectify the problem yourself (see «Rectifying minor faults
yourself», page 18).
If advice is required, costs may be incurred if a service
technician is required, even during the guarantee period.
The guarantee does not cover faults caused by improper
use and by blocked filtres or foreign bodies.
If you cannot rectify a problem yourself, unplug the ma-
chine or switch it off at the wall, turn off the tap and call
customer services.
Dial the central customer services number (see back co-
ver). You will be automatically connected to the customer
services branch for your region.
Give customer services the F—— error message and the
product and serial numbers. You will find this information
on the type label inside the opened door. Note the num-
bers for your machine herre.

Warranty extension
The guarantee period of 2 years can be extended if
required with a warranty extension.
