SWITCHING TO POWER OFF (STAND-BY) MODE
MCD380 goes to stand-by mode to save power consumption in the following
occasions:
- When the STOP key is pressed for 3 seconds.
- When no key is pressed for 60 seconds while player is in STOP mode.
- When no key is pressed for 60 seconds while player’s lid is OPEN.
- When the player goes to stand-by mode, LCD display goes off and the
power is down.

Power Off
displays on LCD before the power goes off.
PLAYING TRACK (FILE)
- Press PLAY/PAUSE to activate playback, whenever the MCD380 is in stop
mode, pause mode or stand-by mode.
- While MCD380 is operating, press PLAY/PAUSE to toggle in-between the
play and pause mode.
STOP PLAYING
- When MCD380 is in play mode or in pause mode, press STOP once to
activate the stop mode.
FAST TRACKING
While playing MP3 disc or CD-DA, hold down NEXT or PREV on the player to
move forward or backward along the current track, right until the portion you
wish to listen.
FAST FILE / DIRECTORY SEARCH (Available for MP3 CD only)
MCD380 supports two kinds of file search mode to search a file quickly.
1, Search by file number, and
2, Search by directory / album.
