9. TROUBLESHOOTING
The following information may be useful should you encounter the situations
listed below:
* The player does not operate Check if the power is switched on.
Check if there is any disc in the player.
Check if the disc is loaded at the wrong side
Check if the disc is damaged or unclean.
Check if moist is formed within the player. If so,
remove the disc and power on the player for about
an hour or so.
* Sound output is absent Check if connection is done properly.
Check if audio system is switched on.
Check if volume control is set to appropriate level.
Check if the disc is damaged or unclean
* No sound effect Use audio system with stereo mode
* No picture Check if the TV is switched to video mode
Check if connection is done properly
* Picture keeps jumping, instable Select the correct TV system signal (NTSC/PAL)
* Bad quality pictures Check if the disc is dirty, damaged or bend.
* Disc stops at particular track, Check if repeat mode is selected
pause constantly or keep on Check if the disc is dirty, damaged or bend
repeating the same track If so, “FAST FORWARD” to skip current track
* Remote controller not working Check if any obstruction existed between the
player and the remote controller
Check if the remote controller is used within 7
metres from the player
Check if batteries are exhausted of power
* Player hangs and stop responding Press “STOP” 5 times to achieve a master reset
