6.2 Phonebook
Phonebook
The mobile phone is provided with the business card folder type Phonebook. Use Add New
Contact to add a new Phonebook entry. The information of every contact saved on the mobile
phone includes name, phone number, picture, tone, callers’ group (five types: family, friends, VIPs,
business and others). Every contact saved into SIM1 and SIM2 can only include name and number.
The mobile phone supports 500 numbers.
Available options:
View
You can view contact details and modify them as often as necessary.
Send text message
You can send text messages to the selected contact.
Call
You can call the selected contact.
Edit
You can edit the details of the selected contact.
Delete
You can delete the selected contact from the list.
Copy
You can copy the selected contact from the phone to one SIM card (or vice versa), or from one SIM
card to another SIM card.
Move
You can move the selected contact from the phone to one SIM card (or vice versa), or from one
SIM card to another SIM card.
Send Contact
You can send a vCard of the selected contact via SMS or via MMS.
Callers' Group
You can set call tone, photo and members for five callers’ groups (Family, Friends, VIPs,
Business and Others). Callers’ group member can only come from the numbers saved on phone.
Phonebook Settings
Preferred storage: you can set which storage position to show in the Phonebook (SIM1, SIM2,
Phone, or All).
My Number: you can edit and send your personal vCard.
vCard version: including vCard 2.1 and vCard 3.0.
Memory Status: you can view the current memory usage of the Phonebook, including SIM1,
SIM2 and Phone memory. The display format is “Used/Total”.
Copy contacts: you can copy the contacts from the phone to SIM1 or SIM2, or vice versa.
Move contacts: you can move the contacts from the phone to SIM1 or SIM2, or vice versa.
Delete all contacts: you can delete all the contacts from SIM1, SIM2 or the Phone.
