Method:
1Place ingredients in the Sauté & Soup Compact Soup Maker and
stir with a wooden spoon.
2Select Smoothie / Blend setting and then press and hold the Start /
Stop Button until of the desired consistency.
3Serve immediately.
Ingredients:
•600g low fat raspberry yogurt
•200ml semi skimmed milk
•200g raspberries (allow to
thaw if frozen)

Method:
1Add the butter and oil to the Jug and press the Sauté button.
Ensure the butter does not burn.
2After a minute add the vegetables and stir for 4 minutes with a
wooden spoon or spatula.
3Turn off the Sauté Function by pressing the Sauté Button. Add the
stock to the MAX level.
4Place the Lid on the Jug and select Smooth setting. Once the
soup is ready check the seasoning and garnish with a little
chopped parsley.

•10g butter
•2 tsp olive oil
•2/3head of celery, chopped
including leaves
•65g onion, chopped
•100g potatoes, diced
•Approx. 500ml vegetable
stock (to the max level)
•Salt and pepper
