• It is recommended to start at a
low speed, then change to a
higher speed as required.
• Only use the turbo setting for
short bursts of mixing.
• Use turbo on speed 5.
• Pressing the turbo on speed 1-
4 will give a slight increase in
speed if required.
2 Switch off by returning the
slider to 0.

hooks place the mixer on its
base and press the top half of
the release button on the front
of the mixer with both hands

4 Gently remove the beater or
dough hooks.
IMPORTANT: Do not operate
the mixer continuously for
more than 6 minutes (with
beaters) or 2 minutes (with
dough hooks). After using
for these lengths of time,
let it cool down for 10
minutes before using again.
• When working with liquids, use
a low speed in order to avoid
splashing onto the mixer and
firmly hold the liquid container.
TOP TIPS
• When making dough, first mix
the dry ingredients including
oils, fats or butter with beater
for approx 30 seconds on
speed 5 until they form
breadcrumbs. Change to dough
hooks and gradually add water
using speed 5. Change to
speed 2 to knead the dough for
approx. 1 minute.
Cleaning
• Before cleaning and
maintenance, switch the
appliance off and unplug from
the mains.
• Remove and wash the beaters
and dough hooks in warm
soapy water and dry well.
• Wipe the motor unit with a
damp cloth. Do not use any
abrasive or solvent-based
cleaner.
WARNING: Never immerse
motor unit in water or other
liquid.
