Additional dosage
At each wash cycle approx. 2.4-3.0 litres of fresh water enter the commercial dishwasher, which must be
mixed with detergent powder.
After 5 wash cycles, add approx. 35 - 45 g detergent powder into the machine.
5.2.2 Automatic dosing of liquid detergent
The dosing amount is set by the authorised service technician when commissioning the machine ( 12.6).
5.3 Pour in liquid detergent and rinse aid
Caution
When filling make sure that no detergent gets into the rinse aid storage tank, and vice versa.

Take hold of the storage tank service
panel at the sides and drop it down-
wards.
Place funnel (1) in the filler opening.
Wearing protective gloves, place con-
tainer on the funnel and fill until the float
switch (2) is visible.
Raise the service panel back up.
Rinse the funnel in the dishwasher after
use.
5.4 Suction tube with level control
For certain machine versions, your machine is provided with 2 suction tubes. The suction tubes are already
connected to the machine.
Caution
Only use the suction tube in sufficiently stable containers. Narrow and tall containers can tip
if the suction tube is pulled.
Do not place the suction tube for rinse aid in the container with detergent or vice versa.
Do not pull unnecessarily on the suction hose or main power cable, as this may lead to a
defect.
