• Do not immerse the stick mixer very deeply to avoid liquid getting in between the
motor housing and the stick mixer shaft to avoid intruding liquid.
• Always hold the mixer and the mixing bowl firmly to avoid slipping.
• If desired to blend hot food, first take the pot off the heat and let it cool slightly.
• If blending while the pot stands on the heat, the shaft of the stick mixer could get
damaged or melt.
• Hold the appliance steady while mixing.
• Move the blade slightly up and down or round and round.
• If your stick mixer gets blocked, always unplug before cleaning. Caution risk of injury!
The blade is very sharp
• After use, unplug and dismantle for cleaning and storing.
Whisk
• Note: The whisker is intended to whisk light ingredients such as instant
desserts and eggs and sugar for sponge mixture.
• It is only a whisker and not suited as a beater for cream, egg
white. It is not suited for heavy dough made of flour, butter
and sugar. It might get damaged when using it for dough.
• Push the whisk (f) into the whisk holder (e) until it is fixed firmly.
• Attach the whisk holder (e) to the hand unit and turn it until it is
engaged firmly.
• Put the prepared food into a mixing bowl.
• Plug in and switch ON by pressing the switch (a see figure mixer)
• Never let liquid run over the whisk holder to avoid liquid intruding
into the unit.
Electric knife
• Note: The electric knife is suited for cutting meat gyros, etc. The electric
knife is not intended to cut very hard food as hard cheese grind, old bread,
bones, gristles etc. Only use the knife for food that is appropriate.
• Attach the knife holder (g) to the hand unit (b). Turn the knife holder slightly to
engage.
• When inserting the blades (h) always take it on the finger protectors (i) only!
• Caution! To avoid injury please take the blade at its finger protectors from
above only, so that the sharp blade is down on the opposite (see figure as
follows). Never touch the sharp side of the blades.
• Push both blades as far as it will go into the slots at the blade holder by taking the
blades on the finger protectors. The release button (j) on the unit is facing
upwards.
• To release the blades just push the button (j) and pull out the blades by taking it
at the finger protectors (see figure as follows).
• For safety reason the electric knife has two safety switches (k and l). Both of them
must be pushed at the same time. To switch ON push switch k and I synchronous
and keep them pushed (see second figure as follows).
• When releasing the buttons, the blades will stop moving.
• Move the knife slowly and equally downward in level position. Never use any
force or strong pressure when using the knife.
• To switch OFF release the buttons k and i (knife motion stops) and unplug.
