• Keeptheapplianceunderconstantsupervisionwhile
inuse.Keepaneyeonchildren.

Use
• Alwaysplacetheapplianceonadry,level,firmand
heat-resistantsurfacewellawayfromanyedges.
• Theappliancemustnotbeplacedorstorednear
other sources of heat.
• Donotcover.
• Donotswitchtheapplianceonunlessthereiswater
in it.
• Donottouchtheoutsideoftheapplianceduring
orjustafteruseasitwillbeveryhot.Notethathot
steamescapesfromtheholeinthelid.Alwayshold
the lid by the handle. Be careful of hot steam when
opening the lid.
• Pleasenotethattheappliancewillremainhotfora
whileafteryouswitchitoff.Alwaysallowittocool
completely before you put it away or clean it.
• Theeggpiercingtoolisverysharp.Takecarewhen
piercing eggs and when using the tray.
Cord and plug
• Donotletthecordhangoutovertheedgeofthe
work surface.
• Keepthecordawayfromheatsources,hotobjects,
naked flames and the hot parts of the appliance.
• Removetheplugfromthesocketbeforeremovingthe
lid from the appliance, before cleaning, or when the
applianceisnotinuse.Avoidpullingthecordwhen
removing the plug from the socket. Instead, hold the
plug.
• Checkregularlythatneithercordnorplugisdamaged
and do not use if they are, or if the appliance has
been dropped or damaged in any other way.
• Iftheappliance,cordorplughasbeendamaged,
have the appliance inspected and if necessary
repairedbyanauthorisedrepairer.Nevertrytorepair
the appliance yourself. Please contact the store
where you bought the appliance for repairs under the
guarantee.Unauthorisedrepairsormodificationsto
the appliance will invalidate the guarantee.
