Palm stones
These two stones are intended for using in the palms. They then transfer the
natural power of the stone to your palms. This works best in the lotus position.
Sit comfortably with a straight back. Do not lean against anything. Sitting with
crossed legs is ideal for meditating at the same time. Place your hands on your
knees or thighs. Your palms are facing upwards. Try to sit still in this position for
up to 10 minutes for the first application. With practice you will be able to
meditate as long as you want. The effect of this application can be increased by
relaxation exercises, such as inhaling and exhaling deeply and/or tensing and
relaxing certain parts of the body.
Massage stone
This stone is intended for massaging the body. With a little massage oil the
massage stone glides smoothly over the body. First test the oil on a small area of
skin for any allergies or irritations before using on the whole body. More heat can
be retained for a long time due to the size of the stone. Therefore, it is ideal for
massaging larger regions of the body.
For instance, after a tiring day at work or playing sport, massage your arms and
legs with the large massage stone in gentle up and down movements.
The massage stone is particularly suitable
for treating cellulite on the thighs.
Massage the front and back thigh alter-
nately with the stone using gentle up and
down movements. This type of massage
can also be used to treat cellulite on other
parts of the body.
Two other particular points on the body which are espe-
cially responsive to the treatment of cellulite are shown
on the right.

Place a heated stone on both sides of the base of the
spine directly above the middle of the bottom. Massage
these points individually if possible with the large
massage stone. Get a friend to help if you need it.

The massage stone can be used here as described above.
