How do I switch off the tablet when the system is
blocked?
Press the On/Off switch for several seconds. The device
switches off and can then be restarted.
How can I reset the tablet PC to the factory settings?
Tap on Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data
reset in the main menu to reset the system to the
factory settings.
Caution: This will delete any data you have stored!
Note: The “Factory data reset” option is only available
from the owner’s user account.How can I increase the
operating life of the battery?
Reduce the brightness of the display to a suitable
brightness level.
Deactivate WLAN and Bluetooth.
Reduce the Sleep value of the display.
What do I do if the image/photo is not clear?
Make sure you have removed the protective foil from
the lens.
Check whether the lens is clean (after having taken a
photo or saving a video) and clean it, if necessary, with
a soft, lint-free cloth.
What can I do if a microSD card cannot be read?
Insert the microSD card again into the designated card
slot and start the tablet.
