12. In the event of Product failure, the Customer should take
the following actions:
i. Refer to the user manual available from Lumigon’s
website www.lumigon.com/support or other
Product documentation or online resources on
usage or maintenance provided by Lumigon in
order to identify and, if possible, x the problem.
ii. If the problem cannot be xed by reference to
any Product documentation or online resources
provided by Lumigon, the Customer should contact
the retailer from whom the Product was originally
purchased.
iii. Before contacting the retailer or Lumigon’s
authorized service agent, the Customer should
make sure to have the following information at
hand:
• The Product’s model name, serial number, IMEI
number and product number.
• The Customer’s full address and contact
information.
• A copy of the Customer’s original invoice, receipt
or sales slip indicating the date of purchase and
retailer’s name.
In the case of a valid warranty claim, the retailer or Lumigon’s
authorized service agent will provide the Customer with further
instructions on how to return the defective Product for repair
under warranty.
13. This Limited Warranty shall constitute the entire warranty
given by Lumigon to the Customer. Neither Lumigon nor its
afliates shall be liable for any incidental or consequential
damages for breach of any express or implied warranty of
the Product.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF LUMIGON
OR ITS AFFILIATES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY THE
CUSTOMER FOR THE HARDWARE.
Lumigon does not exclude or limit liability for personal
injury or death resulting from its own negligence,
or for defects in the Product arising out of its or its
manufacturers’ negligence.
14. This Limited Warranty gives the Customer specic legal
rights and shall neither exclude nor limit any statutory
rights of the Customer that may vary from country to
country or any of the Customer’s rights against the
seller/retailer of the Product under their purchase/sales
agreement.
Where the manufacturer is not allowed to exclude or
limit aspects of its liability to the consumer pursuant
to the legislation in a particular country of purchase,
the exclusions and limitations of liability in this Limited
Warranty shall not apply.
Resistance to water and dust – only IP classied products.
Lumigon’s limited warranty will not cover damages caused by
liquid getting inside the Product or by any use of the device
in conditions outside the IP classication, including but not
limited to exposure to sand/mud, salt water, liquid chemicals,
high-pressure water jets, or environments with excessive dust,
