When using headphones (which you may need to purchase
separately), please abide by the following.
z When using headphones, to avoid hearing damage, remember to
adjust the volume to an appropriate level.
z To avoid breakage, do not pull or drag headphone cables.
z Using headphones in a high temperature and high humidity
environment for a long time can easily damage the headphones or
reduce their service life.
z To avoid traffic accidents, do not use headphones when you are
driving, riding bicycles or walking near traffic.
z To prevent hazards, place headphones in a safe location out of reach
of children.
Prevent hearing damage
Your mobile phone has a headphone connector. Always use the
headphone connector for headphones (also called a headset) or
earphones.
CAUTION:
Excessive sound pressure from earphones and headphones can
cause hearing loss. Adjustment of the equalizer to maximum
increases the earphone and headphone output voltage and the sound
pressure level. Therefore, to protect your hearing, adjust the
equalizer to an appropriate level.
Excessive use of headphones or earphones for a long period of time at
high volume can be dangerous if the output of the headphone or earphone
connectors do not comply with specifications of EN 50332-2.
