Adjustment of oven reduced flowrate :
Adjustment is VITAL after connection or any change of gas.
The adjustment screw L, (fig.【19】) can be accessed once the control knob has been removed.
► Light the appropriate burner.
► Pre-heat the oven for roughly 1/4 hour (thermostat 10).
► Adjust to minimum setting (thermostat 1).
► Use a small screwdriver to set the adjusting screw (work quickly before the thermostat reacts and
burner returns to maximum flow).
N.B : Flame is reduced to of its size in the minimum setting, the burner must remain lit when
changing from maximum setting to minimum setting.
Adjusting the oven thermocouple safety devices :
If the burner goes out, having kept the control knob pushed in for roughly twenty seconds, check
that :
- The magnetic head grip the valve moderately.
- The tip of thermocouple M should be touched by the ame (g.【12】) without coming into
contact with the burner.
- The thermocouples and magnetic heads are absolutely clean.
