direct debit
Paying by Direct Debit is a convenient way to pay. If you're a
pay monthly customer you will still be sent a detailed monthly
statement but won't have to remember to send a cheque each
month. To set up a Direct Debit payment call 150 from your
Orange phone.
If you're a pay as you go customer you can combine control
with peace of mind, topping up from as little as £10 a month to
£100. You can change or cancel your Direct Debit anytime, just
give 14 days notice. To set up a Direct Debit payment call 450
from your Orange phone.
allowing access to your Orange account
It can sometimes be useful for someone else to have access to
your account, for example if you have more than one Orange
phone in your name. As an account holder you can choose to
allow information only access and access which will allow
changes to be made. Please call customer services who will
send you a form.
