Place on the rack. Stand for 2-3 minutes.
Brush over the surface with vegetable oil.

Prepare the potato gratin.
Place on the rack. Stand for 2-3 minutes.
Place roast lamb on heat proof glass dish on the glass tray.
Turn over after half of the cooking time.
Stand for 10-15 minutes with cover.
Place roast pork on heat proof glass dish on the glass tray.
Turn over after half of the cooking time.
