WARNING! Do not place the wheelchair in
“freewheel” mode while the unit is powered up.
Always power off the wheelchair and remove the key
from the key switch before engaging or disengaging
“freewheel” mode.
WARNING! To prevent the wheelchair from
rolling uncontrollably on its own, never place the
wheelchair in “freewheel” mode on any incline or decline.
WARNING! If you anticipate being seated in a
stationary position for an extended period of time,
turn off the power to the wheelchair. This will prevent
unexpected or unintended wheelchair movement.
WARNING! Avoid using any accessories that
may interfere with the operation of the throttle
Joystick lever, which may result in unintended or
uncontrolled movement of the wheelchair.
WARNING! Keep yourself, clothing, and all other
objects away from the wheels while driving. Do
not allow any objects to drag behind the wheelchair
when driving. Loose-fitting clothing or other objects can
get caught in the tires and/or the running gear.
WARNING! Possible strangulation hazard! Be
aware that clothing, lanyards, necklaces, other
jewelry, purses, and other accessories worn or carried
by you while you are seated on or operating the
wheelchair may get caught around the armrests or
joystick control lever.
WARNING! Do not connect any device to the
wheelchair’s electrical system or use the
wheelchair batteries to power anything else other than
your wheelchair.
WARNING! Always grasp the connector itself
when disconnecting the harness to prevent wire
damage. Do not pull on electrical harnesses directly.
WARNING! Keep all charger power cord
connectors clean, dry and away from sources of
dampness at all times to prevent damage to the
