The light inside the kettle changes colour according to the temperature of the wa
ter(green>cyan>blue>violet>red).
When the water boils, a beep sounds and the kettle is switched off automatically.
Note:
You may interrupt the heating cycle at any time by pressing the ON/OFF button or
by removing the kettle from its base.
Do not leave water in the kettle after use.
SETTING THE WATER TEMPERATURE
This electronic kettle allows you to heat water to the desired temperature. In order for
the temperature displayed on the panel to be as accurate as possible, ll your kettle
with at least 0.5L of water.
Press the “temperature setting” button (C) several times to display the various
temperatures (50°C, 60°C, 70°C, 85°C) and stop at the desired temperature.
A red dot lights up below the selected temperature and the selected temperature
ashes on the panel.
The heating cycle starts and the water level lights up. Each temperature selected
corresponds to a colour of light: cyan for 50°C, blue for 60°C, violet for 70°C and
red for 85°C.
When the water is heating up, the temperature of the water is displayed on the
digital screen.

the pre-selected temperature may be modified at any time by pressing the
“temperature setting button” (C) several times to choose the new temperature.
The heating cycle may be stopped at any time either by removing the kettle from
its base or by pressing the “temperature setting button” (C) several times until it
switches off.
When the water reaches the pre-selected temperature, a beep sounds.
A warm cycle will start automatically. The water will be kept at the selected
temperature for 30 min.
The panel continues to display the temperature of the water.
PURIFYING THE WATER
This electronic kettle has a water purication function. By means of a long boiling
process, the kettle eliminates the bacteria present in the water.
Press the “water purication button” (D)
After a normal cycle, the kettle keeps the water boiling for 3 minutes.
At the end of the purication cycle, a beep sounds and the kettle is switched off
automatically.
Note:
the heating cycle or the purification cycle may be stopped at any time either by
removing the kettle from its base or by pressing the “water purification button” (D).
ADVANCED USE
Several functions may be combined: For example, you can start a normal boiling cycle
followed by a warm cycle or a purication cycle followed by a warm cycle. The warm
cycle lasts for 30 minutes and keeps the water at the desired temperature.

  • Onlangs de Krups 410* waterkoker met automatische warmhoudfunctie gekocht. Best ding maar hij maakteen hoop herrie. Bij het terugplaatsem op de voet bijvoorbeeld en hard geluidssignaal. Ook bij het kookmoment, hardenpiepen. Zachtjes water koken is er niet meer bij. Kan ditook uit? Gesteld op 2-1-2013 om 08:08

    • Ik heb geen antwoord, maar wel de zelfde vraag: is het piepsignaal uit te schakelen.

    • Aan de onderkant van de koker zit een rondje met 5 kleine gaatjes. Plak er een plakbandje overheen en het geluid is veel minder. Anders moet je de hele bodem eraf schroeven en de minispeaker verwijderen. Geantwoord op 15-12-2016 om 16:44
