If there is a power cut: if, during the cycle, the programme is interrupted by a power cut or mishandling, the
machine has a 7 min protection time during which the settings are saved. The cycle starts again where it stop-
ped. Beyond that time, the settings are lost.
If you run two programmes, one after the other, wait for 1 h before starting the second to allow the
appliance to cool down completely.
Press the key.
Press the key. Use the and key to select
the kneading time from 10 to 30 minutes by 1 minute
intervals. The arrow opposite will flash while the
setting is being made.
Again press the key. Select the dough rising
time of between 30 and 70 minutes by 5 minute
intervals. The arrow opposite will flash while the
setting is being made.
Select the weight of your choice by pressing the
key. E.g.: 1000 g.
Press the EXPERT key to create your own bread-making programme and choose the following parameters
yourself:
- Kneading time - dough rising time - baking temperature (= to select browning).
See cycle table page 15.
Again press the key. Select the cooking tempe-
rature from 150°C to 190°C by 5°C intervals. The
arrow in front of will flash while the setting is
being made.
To programme in advance, change the time using and key, then press to start the programme.
Again press the key, all the diagrams are fixed
and you can read the total time of the program that
you have selected at the centre of the screen. Press
to start cooking.
