Standard value:
Below 18: You are underweight; an increase in weight is recommendable
for improving your well-being and performance.
18 – 25: You have normal weight.
26 – 30: You are slightly overweight and you should reduce your
weight, if you already have encountered an illness, e.g. diabe-
tes, high blood pressure, gout, fat metabolism disorder.
Over 30: A reduction in weight is highly recommended.
The result of our example 25,5 BMI is between 18 and 25 in the recommended
range of normal weight.
