1.0 FUNCTION BUTTON
MODE To select each function between Time, Distance,
Calorie, and Pulse for setting. To confirm the set
value after setting.
RESET Press the "RESET" button to reset each function:
Time, Distance, Calorie, Pulse, or hold down for
2 seconds to reset everything. (When the bat-
teries are replaced, all the values will automa-
tically be reset to ZERO)
SET To set the Clock, Date, Year, Time, Distance,
Calories and Pulse values. You can hold the
button down to increase the value rapidly (the
computer must be inoperative).
RECOVERY To activate the heart rate recovery function after
training.
ZOOM To switch between CLOCK, DATE, YEAR and
TEMPERATURE display.
2.0 FUNCTIONS
SCAN Automatically scan RPM and SPEED every 6
seconds.
TIME Accumulates the total workout time from 00:00
up to 99:59. The user may set the target time.
Each increment is 1 minute.
SPEED Displays the current training speed. Maximum
speed is 99.9 kph or mph.
DISTANCE Accumulates the total distance from 00:00 up
to 99.99 km or ml. The user can set the target
distance data Each increment is 0.1 km or
mile.
CALORIES Accumulates the calories consumption during
training from 0 to maximum 9999 calories (this
data serves only as a rough guide for com-
paring different exercise sessions and cannot
be used for medical purposes).
PULSE The monitor displays the user's heart rate
during training.
CLOCK Displays the hour and minute from 00:00 to
23:59 on the small, round screen.
CALENDAR Displays the month and date together on the
small, round screen. Displays the year indi-
vidually on the small, round screen.
TEMPERATURE Displays current room temperature from 0
to 50 degrees.

3.0 OPERATING PROCEDURE
1.Insert two 1.5V #3 batteries. The
display will then appear as shown
in “Figure A” and a beep will
sound at the same time.
2.Press the "SET" button to enter
Clock and Calories setting mode.
Press "MODE" button to confirm
set-up shown as below “Drawing
B”. After setting up the value, the
monitor will display as below "Drawing C
3.You can set the Time, Distance, Calories and Pulse when
the computer is in standby. The “Time” value blinks while
setting the Time. Press the “SET” button to set the value and
then press "MODE" to confirm the setting and skip to the
next setting. Press "RESET" to clear the setting value. This
is the same for the other function settings. While the user
is training, once the set value has counted down to "0",
the computer beep 4 times for 8 seconds. After that, the
function value will accumulate (counting up) automati-
cally.
4.When you press the “ZOOM” button, the small, round
screen will display the Clock _ Month & Day _ Year _ Tem-
perature _ Clock, in that order. Press the “ZOOM” button
to switch the display as shown below in “Figure D”.
5.If there is no function button pressed or no training for 4
minutes, the monitor display will switch off automatically
(into sleep mode). At this time, the small, round screen will
still display the current room temperature. You can press
the "ZOOM" button to switch between Clock, Month &
Day, Year, and Temperature display on the small, round
screen as shown below in "Figure E". Press the "Mode,
Set, Reset or Recovery" button to restore the display.
