Deflate:
7) Open the valve cap. Press down the center piece the mat will deflate itself. If needed
you can manual press the air out of the mat.
Pump:

The power supply must be 230 volt AC.
This pump is intended to inflate/deflate items, such as inflatable
boats, air mattresses, etc. It is not designed for continuous use.
Extended operation of over 20 minutes can overheat and damage the pump.

Never exceed the recommended pressure, otherwise serious injury might
be caused by the item bursting.
Never leave the pump unattended while in use.
Do not keep/use the pump in wet conditions.
Never allow sand, small rocks, etc, to be sucked into the
inflation/deflation port when using the pump.
Never look into or direct the inflation/deflation port toward your eyes
when the pump is working.
Never attempt to put your hands or fingers into the inflation/deflation port at
any time.
