(9) Channel search does not work.
- Check that your cable is connected correctly.
- Make sure that the antenna setting in the menu is correct.

(10) Cannot update new software.
- Youcangetanupdate.IftheTVdoesnotshowamessagerequestingupdate,thatmeansnosoftwareis
available.
(11) Cannot watch pay channels.
- Check in the menu that you have a valid and working subscription to the channels you wish to view.
- Contact your network operator for more information.
(12) TV is turned off and on suddenly.
- If a new software is found over the air when powering the TV on or during watching a programme, the TV will
be automatically powered off and on and start to update software.
(13) TV does not work normally.
- Remove and insert the power plug. If this does not work, please contact your local TV distributor please
contact your local TV distributor.

Smartcard is not plugged in correctly. Reinsert Smartcard; ensure that it is inserted correctly.

a Smartcard replacement.
Audio not available
The channel has a video signal, but no audio is
provided.
