CASSETTE RECORDER
Erase protection
Protect your tapes against unwanted •
erasure or over writing. Remove the tab in
the top of the cassette. When a cassette
with removed plastic tabs is inserted, the
recording button cannot be pressed.
If a cassette is to be eased and re-recorded •
at a later stage, simply cover the holes on
the cassette where the tabs were removed,
with a piece of strong adhesive tape.
Keep the tapes away from magnets and •
electromagnetic fields, such as loud
speakers, TV sets, amplifiers, power
supply units and transformers.
Do not expose tapes to high temperatures, •
extreme cold or moisture.
Always store tapes in their case to protect •
them from dust and humidity.
Note that, tapes with long play time •
(90min, 120 min) are thinner. They might
stick to the rubber pressure roller or break
easily.
