Warranty Card
As part of our warranty terms for our technical devices we assume the warranty for flawless quality and function. The device
is warranted for the period of 24 months from date of purchase. Please retain the receipt as proof of purchase. If despite our
extensive quality checks you should ever have grounds for complaints, please first dial our Customer Service number
provided below. Our trained staff will review your problem, assign the reference number and, if necessary, arrange a
replacement. We unfortunately cannot handle devices that come in without the reference number. If possible, use the original
packaging to avoid damages that might be incurred during transport.
This device is subject to a strict quality check for flawless quality of materials, processing and functionality. Should defects
arise that cannot be attributed to improper use of the product (e.g. damages caused by water or dropping the device,
incorrect operation, etc.), as part of the warranty we will undertake the elimination of these damages (by exchange or repair
of defective parts). Rossmann as part of the warranty will only settle damages to the product itself that are covered by the
warranty, namely in form of a replacement delivery or repair.
Additional claims both against Rossmann, as well as against its assistants and vicarious agents for damages of any type,
especially due to breach of duty and arising from impermissible handling, as well as claims for restitution of useless expenses
are not covered; the same holds true for claims for restitution of consequential damages arising as a result of defects. More
extensive claims will not be generated as part of the warranty. The above restrictions do not apply for legal rights that the final
customer (consumer) is entitled to that arise from purchase of consumer goods or claims arising from damages due to injury
to life, limb or health or from premeditation or gross negligence or from the product liability law. The warranty will lapse upon
improper use, tampering by a foreign party or self-performed technical modifications to the device. The specified
performance does not extend or renew the warranty of 24 months. Battery changes are expressly excluded from the
warranty.
A precise description of the claim will shorten repair time. Upon expiration of the warranty period you will have the option of
contacting the Ideenwelt Service Partner hotline as well. Repairs arising after expiration of the warranty period, however, will
be subject to a fee and not covered by the warranty.
