Check the automatic air supply function.
Check to see that the automatic air supply is tight. Push the regulating rod briefly to the extreme
right. If the fire does not die down, the automatic air supply gasket in the door or the ash pan may
not be tight. Let the stove go out and contact your distributor.
If the steel plates in the combustion chamber are scaling or are deformed, fuelling is incorrect. Let
the stove go out and contact your distributor.
The door will not open/close automatically
Try the door manually.
Check the power supply to the control box.
Test switch on the control box.
The remote control has no power. Insert two new batteries (type AAA).
If there is still a problem – or if the problem reoccurs – please let the stove go out and contact your
distributor.
